The production quality gets higher, but the personality, skill, and passion stays there. Fantastic fucking job man.
To be honest, Estepario was a bit too professional, and not relaxed enough, also the joint wibe was missing. But i understand this is him at work now. Once he get's used to the new, I hope the relaxation comes back, and some comic jokes can be slipped in the vids, even if he now represents a high class drum company.

Hats off to the cinematographer for this one. The camera work from 5:00 onwards gives me chills. The ending crescendo into the ending in the song feels very open and resolved, as the camera moves back to give an open and resolved view of the entire kit, works incredibly well. Whether it was intentional or not, it is something that you wont learn at school and is only something you can get from the feeling of what you are shooting. If there is any video I could have on repeat for the rest of my life, it's this one. Incredible.

I am sure he could have gone crazy over this song, but then it would sound to overplayed IMO. Look at his AAL cover of Tooth and Claw - he does things on top of an already supersonic drumming and it is absolutely unbelievable. It almost makes Matt's playing sound boring which is a skill I have yet to see by another drummer. This dude is a maniac!

The clear bass drum is super cool so i can see the pedal action through the drum housing. Really awesome, not sure if that's intentional but it's a great thing to see from the front. Also works really well with the window aesthetic. Ask that's left is a cover from periphery clear album!

How did you get everything to sound so clean? There's basically no bleed from mic to mic. The snare tone is insane. Obviously, you killed it. I'm just in awe like "do I even wanna play drums anymore?" 🤣

the number of percussions does not matter as much as patterns and accents ! of course each song has a different minimum to sound perfect .

My favourite drum cover from the goat I feel some covers he just tries to do the most mental over the top drum plays for some songs but this one he perfectly mixed highly advanced drumming with the song and it’s just amazing
