As someone who is disabled, having help with household cleaning is such an incredibly kind and helpful thing. To some, that may seem like you're being spoiled or as a luxury, but to someone who literally can blackout just from standing up or washing dishes, it's priceless.
This is so crazy, they need more places like this in Chicago
Yes! It’s such a unique solution, I’m excited for it.
I think this is a great option for those who are looking to move to Chicago and want to buy, but don't want to get roped into a long-term lease before purchasing a home or condo. They can sign up at Post while continuing to house/condo hunt.
This is so cool Caira! Thanks for sharing! If I was younger, and a college student I would LOVE this!! Nailed it girl. 🥰❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Same! This is what my housing was like when I was in college and I loved it. I think this would’ve been an awesome way to meet people moving to a new city as well.
Just checked their website and it has no business being that pretty! My boyfriend & I have plans to move to Chicago once our lease is done and your videos make it easier to decide which areas to visit!
What sorts of lease terms do they offer? You mention that one bedroom begins at $1100.00 but how long of a commitment is necessary for that price?
That's Fantastic. I Hope That Trend Pops Up Out Here In The Long Beach, Los Angeles California Area's. Ijs.
You do a great job with your content, congrats.
Thank you!!
I'll be turning 40 and in graduate school when I move to Chicago, so my question is, what is the vibe in a complex like this? Is there more of a younger crowd living here? Should I maybe stick to looking for a studio apartment instead?
I would try this at least once. 💕
It’s very similar to how my housing was when I was in college, and I loved it!
How to contact you? What’s the price for one bed room? Or small two bed?
What are the fees? Nice video thank you.
I want this , i love it ❤❤❤
This is a good option for college students/early to mid 20s but after this age co living gets old lol
Do they pay commissions to realtors?
No realtors are paid by the landlord/management companies; at no cost to you.
I live in a house in the SF Bay Area and have 9 housemates. It is challenging but a good deal..
Wow 9 roommates!! That’s a record!
@@CairaButton, it’s not that hard because we live in a multi-million dollar house in a wealthy community.
I would much prefer a micro-studio or "aPodment" than living with people you don't know. Seattle did a good job with their aPodments, but I don't think this style of apartment is legal in Chicago. Outdated zoning laws.
Oooh I’ll have to look into those!!
No...ewww I couldn't live with others! I'm glad they have ppl who would live like that! Not for me tho
It’s not everyone’s cup of tea!
Jesus i want this restore me here
no prices??
Prices vary, so I didn’t want to put them in this video in case it becomes wrong in the future, but as of right now starting price for one room is $1100 a month
@@CairaButtoni’m on their website but see that a 4 bed is only 1,575, which doesn’t seem right
Good grief, that is in no way "budget."@@CairaButton
Affordable? They start at $1165/mo. Not that affordable considering you have to share your space with others. I prefer a studio to myself. I think it's a great option for college students who have parents that can pay their rent or grad students who take out private loans.
Brand new ghetto.
Cool. But co-living is definitely NOT for me.
It’s not for everybody but it’s a very cool option!
This is not New York
You’re correct
Socialism is here , enjoy it !!!! 😅😅😅😅😅
