We need to know our emotions and "feelings" so that we can be in control of them.

My younger male co-workers think I am crazy because I get up at 4:15 and do a 25 - 50 min workout in my basement almost everyday. Journaling your struggles and challenges allows you look back on what you have walked through and if you note the steps you took it gives you a baseline on how to get back to the basics.

Progressive weight training does so many things for you I don’t want to spend the time to list them

Great video. You raise some very important points and it was very helpful. Recently, I have been focusing on the seven areas of life and identifying the areas I need to work on. I feel like it relates very well to what you're saying in your video. I'm not sure if you've covered the seven areas of life before, but I'm interested in getting your thoughts and ideas on how we can approach those areas as men and perhaps expand on what you discussed today.

Do you have something like the Iron Council available for young men? My 15 year old son is so eager to be in a program like this. Is what you currently offer just for adults?

Cultivate the spirit. When you push your limits and you overcome them, then you are upgraded. You've learned that you CAN.

If networking with new people is on your radar, I'd recommend reaching out to Hamza Ahmed. He's really grown in the self-improvement industry and I think you two would have much to discuss, especially about young men and religion.

How about restarting to physically exercise because:
    1. I still can. I am not an invalid yet.
    2. I am a man who is supposed to be magnetic bc I am dynamic/on the move, going places, doing things, making (hopefully good) things happen.

I bought some 10 lb dumbbells 2 years ago and started working out 4-5 days a week. And last year I got 2 15 lb dumbbells for Christmas...Starr smaller and build muscle memory so you don't hurt yourself.

You need to make more short videos that would be more helpful.
    Thanks.
