@@drmarctagon censorship is problem across the board, but if it’s racist, sexist, or prejudice in general it’s gotta be controversial. It’s not necessarily a war on manliness it’s about control over what people are putting out there, and how it’s influencing others.

It won’t last… a lot of young boys are getting pissed off. And I hope they don’t become more mass shooters. But all this war on men is only hurting young boys. But we will win this war. Whoever thinks we won’t is going to get crushed.

    1. Know that people will actively work against you (consciously or subconsciously) [Directly or indirectly].
    2. Evaluate what they're trying to do and why. [There are internal and external motivating factors].
    3. Establish, communicate, and uphold boundaries. [For yourself and others]. BIG ONE
4: Defend or disengage. [Weigh the risks and costs of either].
    5. Do not unnecessarily react to emotions [hunger, fatigue, fear, any emotion really can be used as a weapon].
    6. Maintain a long term perspective [100 years is 36,524 days. 1/3 of those are asleep. There is no long-term].
    7. Eliminate your ego, focus on the results/intended outcome [Serve the whole, not the self].

      @@chozen_juanLOL you don't understand?
Human beings are naturally competitive and even family or friends will possibly undermine you if it means they get the prize and you miss out!
Women especially in their nature are hypergamous meaning they are always looking for a better deal as in a provider of assets ie=husband
And will always trade up for a better life.. So other women are nothing but competition for the prize ... So any other woman being sister or best friend will be cold blooded eliminated if they get in the way!
And this goes for men also, people are ruthless, if you don't recognise this you will get walked all over you!

I can't express how much this is concentric to Stoicism. Stoicism is not about being devoid of emotion. It is about taking a practical approach as to how we handle emotion and situations in life at large. Men, as creatures of logic and strength must be aware of our emotions. This is "emotional intelligence" - what is this feeling or situation and how do I best address it with grace and humility. There is a brief moment between stimulus and response which gives us a chance - to make a choice which will determine the outcome. The "frame" is complete composure at all times. Women are natural born emotional creatures. Men do not have to take over their role as were are needed for logic and keeping composed under extreme circumstances. Love this video, thanks.

      Hey,
I recently quit smoking cigarettes after 30 yrs of smoking, and just wanted to tell you what helped me. Even tho I wanted to quit cigarettes earlier, I realized I was still thinking that they were benefiting me
Ex: I thought they actually helped calm me and were there when I was bored.
When you flip the tables on your perception about why you smoke it’s much easier.
Meaning: Start convincing yourself that it’s not benefiting you. A good way to start would be to write dn all the benefits of smoking and then write dn all the bad things about smoking.
I’m pretty sure the bad out weighs the good. Let that be your ammunition of will to quit.
Ps. I assure you after 2 yrs of not smoking it’s way better you can breathe better you’re calmer, less anxiety, saves you a lot of time and money, not to mention you’ll realize how bad it smelled to others around you.
Good luck with all your endeavors!
      Cheers 🍻

People stopped writing, stopped taking responsibillity, started delivering to the state instead of to their own offspring.
Partly not to their own neglect to face up to the job of being a father and giving their childeren actual life advice instead of showing them when the potatoes are ready.
As Jordan Peterson says: learn to write, think and speak and you are deadly. Mis 1 of 3, not so deadly. None the less. Its worth thinking about it.
Learning my boys at the moment to speak properly. Its amazing to see how people react to it. Its absolutely ridicullous seeing aduls interact with a 3.5yr old boy. They are in pure awe.
      Feeling prouder by the day.
Maybe something to share: im writing books. To preserve my upbringing and have them understand later in life who dad was and why he did surtand stuff. Maybe even reflect on the difficulties that i faced and having them see what worked and didnt work out. Maybe even for grandkids to see who grandfather was. (If it ever comes to that point)
If you have something for me in exchange, please do share. Always in for exchanges of viewpoints :-)

Goddamn, dude. That statement about boundaries when disconnecting from your employer was a hard hit. I did exactly what you said and maintained my frame in EXACTLY the way you brought up, fully planned out and responsibly. Then I didn't do it with the client that was covering the monetary fall out of the choice and was weak with him and it fucked EVERYTHING up. Thank you for reminding me that fear and weakness fucked my shit up. 👍👍👍

This really spoke to me. I have tried to live my life in a way that allows me to help as many people as I can. As a result I have allowed myself to be taken advantage of in so many ways. So when I do stand up for myself it's when I'm at my breaking point. I've handled so many situations poorly and regretted my actions because I waited too long to establish boundaries with people. I'm going to take your advice and see how things go. Thank you sir, I haven't subscribed this fast in a long time.

Yeah, it's not easy. Don't wait till you hit your breaking point. Listen to your anger, anger lets you know when something is not right. Let your anger rise instead of surpressing it. Anger gives us the courage to speak up. I am not talking about getting violent but angry enough to speak up.

Holding frame is important. I for the first time considered being emotional, and break frame with family. And my little brother tried to kill me as a opportunity to claim dominance over me. He saw weakness so he took his shot. He Went as far as to spit on my face as to disrespect me. I thought I could open up with family but if I open up and lower my guard now I see his true desire and ambitions. Now I have to figure out how to get back to having frame and not isolate my self from the world.

Your podcast are really a great standard for who a man should be nowadays. I begun my journey of working on my inner self to meet these standards. Luckily I began this journey under the age of 30 and can live most of my life being the man I want to be to my family, girlfriend and people around me. I use to allow my emotions to get the best of me or my ego but I have learned that is definitely not the way to get things done. I’m ready for the new standard💯

Good insights, just been introduced to this channel. Will do all in my ability to grab more folks to subscribe and watch as social media is in my opinion simply leeches, enough said.
The principle's which you are discussing are, at least in my State of North Carolina, called squaring up. Has nothing to do with coercion or violence, nor harassment, it is simply keeping one's situational awareness. Raised by my Grandparents, my Papa being a Marine, was very keen to impart this to me, not as a defensive mode, believe me teaching me to defend myself and my Grandmother I learned what a thorough beating could mean, but rather as an ongoing mindset in all areas of my life in order to in his words, " Remain Yourself", which I feel fits well in our society.
Thank you and will be watching and drumming support.
    Thank You Sir,
    Vaelin

Found this at the perfect time!!! Left for a quick vacation with my family, came back to find out, that they are closing the location I am working at. I will be moved to a part of the company I have no desire to work at and am struggling to not cut off my nose to spite my face. I am the sole breadwinner currently for my family and know that they need me to keep a level head, but all of my instincts are telling me not to just roll over and take a demotion and move to a job I know I will not enjoy just for the sake of security.
