    as a hair stylist myself this guy is cracked. many stylists skimp on the haircut for the backside to save time, but he doesn't. rare to see on someone who's amazing at both female and male style haircuts. those skinfades were no joke

      I'm not sure about how the industry work but this i assume it is a pretty big gig and the organisers are not going to hire a random nobody. From what I understand of this video, the hair stylist already have an established background a team behind his back. His reputation within the industry is big enough that he cannot risk ruining it over improper techniques, laziness and lack of quality

    For Chinese hair stylists, this is also an international arena. Athletes from different countries have their own understanding of style and fashion, and it is enough to prove that you are great if athletes from different countries are satisfied with your skills.

      Yes an amazing dresser I wish that he could win a gold medal for hairdressing. All the athletes that he worked on afterwards looked like they could be models with the new haircut. The men looked more handsome, and the woman looked so beautiful and just so stylish.

    Chinese hairstylists are the best ...i have lived in China for five years and i still can't find any hair saloon which can do their job as best as Chinese hairstylists do. They are very respectful, professionally friendly and they make sure customer gets best results. They are the best.

      Some of my friends who are stylists have problems when cutting for non-asian, because they are trained only to cut straight hairs(chinese/japanese/koreans) in particular. So this guy is definitely a pro haha

    Getting a haircut in Beijing is awesome. Basic standard is to wash you hair twice, massage your scalp, and take quite some time with the haircut.

    When you wear mask. Oxygen level in body detoriates. He works from 6am to 12am. How does he manage? Lots of respect to our Chinese friends & brothers from Pakistan.

    I applaud for the range of services offered inside the Olympic villages. Working from 6am to 11pm is really long hours. This would violate labor laws in many countries.

    This hairdresser knows how to cut and style hair to suit and enhance a persons face. I wonder if before the Olympics he had cut many foreigners hair before. I'm guessing not, which just shows how adaptable and professional he is.

    most of hair salons in America dont have wash & cut, they just cut and get-out-here. the athletes must really enjoy the hair washing process which is so normal in China lol
