If you want to check out all the changes from the Heart Attack update as well as other updates, you can find them on the official site. support.stateofdecay.com/hc/en-us/articles/15656979917709-Update-33-Heart-Attack Also it seems that posting this video minutes before posting the "related" video basically screwed this video out of being suggested. It's unfortunate because I think it's very important to understand these mechanics when deciding how to approach a playthrough. I felt it was important to replace my outdated "outpost strategy" video though as I didn't want people to watch this one and then follow it with the old one. Live and learn...
One thing I hope they add in the next game would be some kind of way to keep the game interesting and still engaging beyond the main story. Feels like once you beat lethal not much to do. I just keep improving the legacy pool.
It's nice that they've been adding things over time. I think that helps. I don't know if the next game will be more season-based (where there's the base game plus some one-off type content) or evolutionary (similar to SoD2). Pros and cons to both models. At this point some people give themselves personal challenges: only toolboxes/meds they craft, no crafting except plague cure, no fire, etc. Maybe next game if they keep with multiple separate maps they'll string the story across them so that if you one-off a map you have some additional story content you can engage with or toggle on/off.
@@GameMnke yeah I think too more variety in random encounters would be fun. Also maybe having gear that has some kind of value in defense as well like +10 health or +25 bp resistance
