Nice vid...I'm planning to change my fuel filter soon and I would've been stood looking in the engine bay and scratching my head if it weren't for your video. Thanks!
Update: serviced my 2017 mokka X today and this video was great. I put the ignition to 2nd position and let it sit for 5 to 10 seconds. I did this 4 times and then tried to start it. It took 3 to 4 seconds of cranking and then started. Hope this helps anyone else wondering how to bleed/prime the system
I'm relatively new to diesels. After removing the filter and replacing it, do you have to pump it through? What I mean a friend had a diesel years ago and he run out of fuel and had a primer pump to pump the diesel through. Was a Mondeo MK1 but can't see any pump in engine
after changing turn the ignition on and listen carefully for the electric fuel pump, once it shuts off repeat twice more to get the air out of the system before starting
Yes cdti 1.7 mokka 1st step Turn key till lights come on DONT CRANK wait 30 sec turn off do this 3 times 2nd step 4th time crank car over for 40 secs if don't start just try doing the 1st step again. Hope this helps
Hi there, Are fuel filter and oil filter the same? I have a mokka petrol 1.6 Does my car have both fuel filter and oil filter Or is this fuel filter just for diesel Mokka

Thanks for the tutorial! its nice of them to put the oils and fuel filter on the underside of the car. Putting it under the bonnet would be too easy 🤣
