Watching Twitch streams while on the clock? Must be a slow day at work! Despite roughly 76% of this video being comprised of the exact same screen, I actually found this to be a legitimately enjoyable watch. The occasional musings during the waiting period were interesting. The bit about how this joke doesn't really "work" in the current year is fascinating to me in particular because it's kind of true. I tried to articulate a similar idea in a comment on the Paper Mario series in regards to the General White nonsense, and how the better fast travel room of the remake almost takes away from the bit, but I felt like I couldn't articulate it in a way that makes sense so I never actually posted it. I'm glad to see that, at least on some level, someone else possibly shares a sort-of similar sentiment. Honestly though, despite all that, the more I think about it, the more I have to respect the developers for committing this hard. It would have been so easy to shorten the wait time here to something like 10, 15, maybe 30 minutes at most. Annoying to the average person, but manageable. Instead they had the balls to make you wait 2+ hours.
Being a fan of idle games I could easily spend 2 hours afking a game and not worry, of course it's a bigger deal if you need your pc for other things during this time
Now we wait for the talkhaus to create something with this gimmick. This was ridiculous and I'm glad there wasn't a better solution that you should have been looking for (at least from what I can gather from the comments)
100% is 37 cards and presumably beating briar, based on the official achievements even for over-100% completion, though, i think that's just the rest of the cards, these other things just seem like easter eggs hence why one is literally just a denju from telefang
@@nathanisbored Certainly not, I know how crazy a REAL completionist can get but I have my borders (and lack of free time) on how much I am willing torture myself.
This chest. THIS CHEST. Is about 95% of the reason why people were understanding if you didn't want to 100% the game. It's definitely A Thing.

Paper Mario humor has breached containment
This is why video games were made.
Thats an ungodly amount of wait, wow, patience truly is a virtue

Oh gods, let us never hear that sprite ticking sound ever ever again.
Zeno's Tortoise and the Hare
the fact the game pauses on unfocus kinda makes this gag an anti-poverty one, huh
How to make my opinion nosedive in one easy step:
1. Jonathon Blow
God the devs were so brave for this lmao

Yeah, I'm very sure I didn't 100% this game now, lol.

It's green
That certainly is way over the tolerable joke waiting for an extra item that doesn't do anything but add to the game completion of 100%.
You underestimate completionists like me

@@hi-i-am-atan Then, would collecting ALL cards and Glitchmon? amount to 200% or so?
