Fortunately Jeep has two little guide dimples on the lower front bumper that makes front tag mounting a snap with 4 inexpensive size #14 x 3/4” screws.

If you look closely, there are also dimples for the top holes as well.

Thanks for watching , no there is nothing but Plastic so make sure to use a coarse thread screw
