The music control is not working on my new amazfit gts 4 mini smart watch. I can only charge song. But nothing else like volume up or low not even pause button is working properly!! What can i do now??

Yes, there is a quick reply functionality available. Just need to set them via Zepp app and it should work for calls and messages (even WhatsApp messages). You can have up to 10 quick responses. But this functionality was available also for GTS 3 (after update).

Update: I am using one and, while I cannot stand having Alexa on it, I don't even notice (we are the product!) and the battery life is about a week. I don't keep track of battery life, and with this smartwatch you don't need to ;-)
Many thanks for this:) Passing on this - no emojis, Alexa voice but no Amazon Music or other services, weak app store... Typical Chinese watches, basically: lower cost, fewer features as well as poorer accuracy. Xiaomi in particular has pretty bad heart rate tracking on all their watches.
Bro please make an in-depth review of every settings and features bro as we are in india it will take atleast 10more days to release in here.you videos will also be more helpful for other countries as well
Altogether a mediocre product, marred by inadequate software. A lot of the features that they advertise are either not there or practically inaccessible. It does NOT allow for voice reply to text messages, yo need Wear OS for that and this thing runs Zepp which, contrary to what often stated, is not compatible with Wear OS. Establishing a connection with Alexa is a hit or miss, depending on your phone you may never be able to do that and the Alexa functionality is necessary at least if you want to obtain performances consistent with the price you pay.
Still unable to reply WhatsApp messages from Amazfit watch 😇 I think it will take another 10 years to add this feature 😃 its still a health tracker only… not a SMART watch…..

I would go with the amazift gts 4. Even though it costs a bit more its worth it :)

What is battery saver mode? And what is heavy use? It's all about unclear words. What about notifications mode with/without AOD?

None. Plus the connection is extremely unstable

Well the gts 4 has the better sport Watch and the galaxy watch the better smartwatch. It depends on what you need the Watch for
go for the classic blindly, it's proper smartwatch and looks quite professional too

After so many years still issues in displaying emojis correctly. What an annoying issue....No good Amazfit ..no good at all!

Can you completely disable or even uninstall Alexa? Its presence is a really deal breaker for me.

Well there are some smart features on it but just not all of them
