Great walk through and review. My Amazfit Bip used to show me text messages from my iPhone, but at some point it stopped working. Will you be able to read your text messages from your iPhone on the GTS 4 mini?

This is a great smartwatch at a fair price. The best Amazfit has made I believe. Great screen, battery beast, smooth and rich user experience, Alexa, mini apps, tactile crown, PPG 4.0. Zepp OS 2.0 is a significant improvement.

Is this superior to the Huawei Watch Fit 2 Active ? As far I can tell they are pretty similar on what they can do. This feels more premium but the huawei one is cheaper. Any advice ?

Hi sir what's the peak brightness in outdoors
I had the original GTS, but I had to dump it because it was unstable. More than once I was a couple of hours into a kayaking trip, having glanced at the watch all along, and at some point I looked and the tracking screen was gone, replaced with just the watch face. I think it was just resetting, losing my workout. I even had it lose a simple walk around my neighborhood once, resetting somewhere around 45 minutes in. I reported these issues but they never did anything about it, or got back to me. I'm wondering if these have now been fixed, it's been a few years.
Can you turn on sound for alarm clock but off for notifications ? and can you customise the alarm sound ?
How many more software updates do you think this will get?
I am curious how it compares to the GTS4 mini, besides the size obviously.

I just got the gts2e because I ah e a budget lol I'll wait to get the newer versions too. Don't care if it doesn't have new zepp os. I'll get that eventually when I upgrade
I need a watch to see message notifications ie gmail and text messages with the option to reply if needed. Can this watch do any of that?

Music feature doesn't connect to my phone. What is the troubleshoot?
No app store or music icon on my Zepp app. No option to add quick toggles(wifi, BT, etc), crown doesn't scroll on my GTS4. Anyone else having these issues?

you have message notification but you can't reply to them but you can save some quick replies to use in case. You can answer to your calls from the smartwatch.
The GTS 2 has ability to receive calls since it has bulit in speaker and you can shift to phone to watch and vice versa, also storage for music but they removed all that on GTS 3 and GTS 4 brings all that back from GTS 2
Thanks. One important question is, if i pickup the call from watch, and then next call from phone, will i need to set the speaker from Bluetooth to phone earpiece (everytime)?

Does the screen gets scratched up easily? Coz I have the Gts 2 and while using it, it got many scratches.. so is a screen protector necessary?
It's $100-150, why bother yourself with a screen protecter.. Just wear it 2 years and buy a new one.

It can't be compared. obviously A. watch is better in all features and expensive.

Product is good. But service centers is not good. There service is very bad. If the watch goes bad, you can't fix it.

Bought it, it sucked so bad I gave it away and bought another Fitbit.
Heart monitor was both inaccurate and not real time. Music control volume did not work. Card Scanner did not work at the gym. Strap too small for a man.
The gesture controls didn't work consistently, there was more but thats what I can think of off the top of my head.
This is not a watch for anyone who actually plans to do more than tell the time, buy a cheaper watch or buy a fitbit.

I bought the sense2 and it simply did not have any music controls or third party apps.
I attribute this to Google buying Fitbit and sabotaging the brand so that they can sell their more expensive watch. I gave the fitbit away as well and bought a soundpeats. Its not as nice for fit and finish but it worked and had a savings of around 80%. I will simply wait until something better comes along but I am really losing patience with companies that charge a lot and then fail to deliver.

Wow its just the GTS3 but with calling feature, which is a waste of time anyway and runs the battery out quicker. Basically this is Amazfits way of releasing a completely unnecessary watch
