The muscles are under developed and need time to attach to the bone. Plus you have to see different colour of meat in it. Not all of the chicken meat is sepose to be "White" meat. I have kept chickens all my live and eaten them. You eat the chicken flesh off the bone I deff agree! But you have to pull and bite quite more than he did. That is a sign of healthy chicken meat. Seeing how easely he pulls it of is not a good sign. Not about him but about the quality of the meat. (not native english so bare with me for the grammar)
