This knife is made of a high-carbon steel plate with a thickness of 5mm. It needs careful maintenance, otherwise, it will rust. The handle is made of black G10 material. The blade is hand-polished very clean and polished with cloth wheels. The thickness of this kitchen knife determines the ability to chop ribs.

Great way to use up scrap! You could use various sized pieces and produce a complete set of kitchen knives!
