23.2: SEND IT ON THE THRUSTER

  • Two weeks in, three workouts down! Follow along to see how I took on 23.2 parts A & B. This workout required a bit of strategy to get the best score possible on both sections.
    Make sure you leave yourself enough time to go for a big thruster at the end!
    Good luck to everyone on 23.2 and see you again next week for 23.3.

    Geez Brooke's cleans have improved sooooooo much. It is like she is a totally different athlete. Two years ago she caught the clean soooo low, but now it looks perfect.

    I did pretty horribly lol. I got 83 reps on the first part then 165 on the thruster. I think I made it to the 28th percentile but probably worse tomorrow.

      Great work! Just remember that's 28th percentile of the people that are in the open... That's easily over 50th percentile for all people.

    Time Cap: 40 (elite) 55 (amateur) minutes
