    Why Probes/Primers attach first? Why Dna polymerase starts their job after annealing?
    Does that mean dna polymerase can't start attaching dntp's without a primer (sequence)?

      DNA polymerase can't start adding nucleotides if there isn't a primer first, otheriwe the polymerase doesn't know where it should start. So yes, primer anneals first on a strand.

      @@jolie3246 That is not quite correct.There is no specific recognition of the primer sequence by the polymerase. All the polymerase needs is a double stranded region - specifically the 3' OH group where it could start adding the next dNTP (using a nucleophilic attack / SN2 reaction)
