Asian shop in Te Puke has lovely fish & chip. On our travels we always went the new motorway to Tauranga or Auckland. On a recommendation from friends we now stop there for a munch.
Will have to check it out next time we are those ways.
Go to seafood bizzare and order your fish from their fish bar.. I always go for a hapuka fillet thin batter and underdone…
We love seafood bizzare, we always get the seafood basket... it's definitely one of our fav places when we're in Hamilton
Golden Dragon in Matamata is the best
Gonna have to try that spot next time we're back in New Zealand, thanks for the recommendation
Singdar fishing chips in Melville is the best hands down and their fried rice

I did Seafood Bazaar on its on as a short check them out. That is one of our go to places for seafood.😀
