1 Teaspoon Kasuri Methi
1 Tablespoon Garam Masala
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
2 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
3 Red Chillies
5 Green Cardamom
2 Black Cardamom
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
4/5 Cloves
2 Cinnamon
2 Teaspoon Ginger/Garlic Paste
2 Medium Tomatoes
2 Medium Onions
1 Cup (120g) Green Peas
3 Green Chilli
2 to 3 Tablespoon Fresh Cut Coriander
4 to 5 Tablespoon Oil

One small tip....cut tomatoes and onions with a steak knife....with small edges...
It's Sooo much easier, 👌.....especially the tomatoes...their juices dont fall apart...Not that urs did.....but its just easier to cut tomatoes with steak knife.
