3/4 Green Chilli
1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
1 Tablespoon Red Chilli Flake
1 Teaspoon Garam Masala

When I make it I usually make a big fat ball roll it out and shove the aloo in the middle and close the outter bit of the dough inwards to the center to close it in and press it down and put it in more flour and roll it out again
