I've a cold this week, so its a quick one! (Man Cold!) A lot of people using X-Plane don't know some of the features available, so I thought I'd show this video for beginners. Fun fact, if you have the default background, it’s a 737 landing, the landing lights are in the OFF position! I had to change it as it was getting very annoying :p

This is only the second video of yours that I have seen and both were great. I didn’t know about the scenarios so I learned something. :-) Of course I have only been flying X Plane for a couple of months. Scrolled through your video listings and it looks like you have a nice variety so I will have to check them out. Keep up the good work!

Did not know you could get to final approach for a carrier through the map. But I did know that you can do it through special starts.

Hi, for the Shuttle landing, gears are lowered at 300ft AGL precisely, to avoid create drag.
Also you have to have 20° angle nose down and control your speed with the speedbrakes.
Other than that, great landing !

How did u remove the hazy looks?
In the shuttle the gear comes down once it is 300 feet. Just a quick tip
Oh course... I remember watching it on TV. I needed the drag as I felt we where quite close to the runway and a little high, you'll note I did some S turns also. Thanks for the comment blewyd. : )

The water textures in the last part of the the clip with the carrier landing, were those default X-Plane 11 ones? I think the water looked really good!

That was an amazing float considering how badly the IRL Shuttle glides.

The music is not needed and it was annoying, we only want to watch a video, not a music video, otherwise a useful video, I'm fairly new to X-Plane 11 and I didn't know about selecting situations for a given aircraft, like the Cesna 172.

Why the horrible music???
Hi Eduard, yes, you're right, The Music needs work. Due to copyright issues it's hard to find good copyright free music. However, there is a site called SoundCloud that I've been looking at. If you find something in Soundcloud, that is copyright free, I'll post it in the next video! Send a link to reactionreviewcrew@gmail.com if you want.
