Thank you for all the great informative videos. I only just discovered your channel , really appreciate your knowledgeable presentation . I’ve always liked pothos, but didn’t know of all those new varieties . I will definitely be looking for a few of these to add to my collection. When a pothos is allowed to grow directly in the soil and climb up a tree or other solid surface, the plant really becomes something magnificent . This is a great plant to have👍🏻👍🏻

Good evening Sir Plantito, thank you for sharing the different categories and new varieties of pothos, they're so awesome, by the way congratulations to you, see you on your nxt vlog, stay safe and God bless🥰🥰🥰🌱🌱🌱🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💚💚💚
Very interesting, Thank you for sharing all these varieties I love Pothos I have never heard of some of these varieties I wish we had them in Canada 💚🌱💚
Hoping to get more pothos and similar trailing plants. How about plant spotlight from each plant in your garden sir? We'd love to how you care for them specifically. 💚
This video felt like you watch Kaylee Ellen rare plant index series. But I'm not mad at you I like it I really love Kaylee Ellen rare plant index series and I have been waiting for her to do a pothos one but here you are with yours
Thank you so much for this video! I'm crazy about pothos - they are such tough little guys and so beautiful at the same time - each leaf is unique. I have all the varieties that were available in my country and I'm keeping my eyes open for more of these jewels. Keep up the good work! Greetings from Hungary (middle Europe)!
Costa farms has exclusive permission to propagate global green now (it is a patented species). So we are lucky that it is more a available to us. I just bought 2.
I recently purchased a global green from my local Lowes… it’s a beautiful pothos… however, there is several new leaves of growth that have come in in the middle of the plant that are not the look of the global green… in fact they are a very light/almost white color… I’d love to send you photos and get your opinion on them for me as I’m new to this plant. Thank you for your time.
Neal, as always, loved the pothos lesson. I’m already researching the difference between them and philodendrons. Also where I can find pothos in Puerto Rico and also sellers in the US to ship to me. On an unrelated plant topic, I’ve been a friend of Bill Wilson and Dr. Bob for many years. Celebrate Recovery on you t-shirt made me wonder if you are also? Keep up the great work. It’s a wonderful service to us who love plants.
Love your videos, I have some rare Pothos I have one called silver streaks. I also have the sea blue blue, which is getting more common and I have the global green pathos
May Nakita Po Ako sa internet nakalimutan Kona kung nasaan yun, may Shang rila na marble queen version, at Meron pong Isang pothos na purple na kulay, legit poba Yun?
@@PinoyPlantito at first glance i thought it was some golden colored coleus blumei or locally known as "mayana" but then i saw your thumbnail on this video.. maybe some filipino resellers has some secretive suppliers.. i saw some globe pothos on sale in farmers cubao by the way, they're beautiful.. it cost about 700 or 800 php if i remember it
While it ia not entirely impossible, wakakusa looks very similar to neon pothos, jessenia or champ-elysee. It takes a closer scrutiny to really say that one is a wakakusa
.. My pothos, like most of my plants in my house, lives outside from May 1st and until sometime in October, depending of how the temperatures drops in the fall.. And they love it.. I keep them in very bright indirect light to indirect light (out of the sun) .. I just took cuttings the other day from my big golden pothos, and they are growing like crazy.. During winter I keep them as close to windows and bright light as possible and they're still growing.. The difference between pothos and philodendrons (Heart leaf, Micans and more) are both the stems and the spaces between the nodes.. The nodes (where the leafs are) on philodendrons gives air roots used both to climb and to root when propagate, and the stems are very delicate.. On pothos the air roots show up on the stem by the leafs and on the stem between the leafs as tiny dots (those are the ones you grow roots when propagate) , and the stems are much thicker.. As hanging plants their foliage are smaller than if you let it climb.. They love to climb and the higher up the bigger the leafs and the shorter space between the nodes.. It gives a much more compact plant instead of very long and skinny stems.. Especially on philodendrons.. All plants slow down growing from Fall and do not grow very much or at all, during winter.. Growing season begins in early spring when the light comes back 🤗
How do I get my golden pothos that I got at Walmart to grow huge like that? Growing it vertically is not working! There must be something different between my Walmart golden pothos and the one you have there in front of you.
Hello po kuya, I just got a variety called “teruno hana hana” but I can’t find anything about it on the internet. It kinda looks like a Jessenia when their leaves are young. I’m in Japan but I can’t even find much about it here as well😅
@@PinoyPlantito sooo I did more research po and it looks like it’s a mutation of “Valencia” from the teruno variety. Hndi ko lang na kita agad yung Hana-hana kasi hndi siya as popular as the other teruno varieties pala 😅
Wow lucky you. Someone's gonna give these rare pothos.. Good luck and God bless!

I actually just found a global green at my local Lowe's and it was the last one so I definitely snatched her up!!!

I really like the video! However, they are all cultivars and not hybrids, they are still the pure species Epipremnum aureum
Do they grow during winter? I have mine propagated in April (Autumn) it hasn't really grown, it's outside in a shaded bright indirect light.
Not sure Dani. I live in the tropics all my life
@@PinoyPlantito OK thanks!

If it‘s not actually rooting into the support, it won‘t produce larger leaves. It exactly the same plant with the same potential
