    I loved this class and am so excited to see more from you Caley. You always freshen up my practice and remind me that I can do new and interesting things and that I am A LOT stronger than I think I am.

    Fantastic classes! I found you on Beachbody- and I needed more of you! 😂 Your cues are awesome and really help me to achieve my best posture in each position. Your voice is so calm and re-assuring!! Please keep the videos coming!!

      Exactly my experience. I have followed her from beachbody. Best yoga instructor that I have come across. She is so methodical and challenges me with each of her classes. Thank you !

    I love your videos! I started doing yoga about a year ago and you have been my go to teacher since the beginning. But please, take off the ads in the middle of the video! It really is a killer when you get an 10 seconds ad in the middle of a side plank! 🤣

      Oh man, I BET! If you have the free version of youtube, the adds are unavoidable. I don't place them there. TH-cam does, super unfortunate (especially when in plank!!!)

    I usually dont watch the YOGA VIDEOS, bfr I practice the classes. I pick them & practice it by listening to the YOGIS of the classes, but once in a while, when I dont know the POSE's name, I check out in the video while Im practicing the class; or I check up the screen when Im trying to fix the pose. But tonight I decided to pick a new class of yours & by watching it, I noticed 2 things:
    * 1 - that u put your pink finger FORWARD to help with your back balance (I LEARNED THAT WITH YOGI COACH HELEN CLOOTS),
    * & the 2nd thing is; that I was spending a YEAR trying to make a correct CHILD's POSE by putting my booty on my heels & it isnt necessary @ all... :)
    Oh Lord, Im being too hard with my YOGA PRACTICE & Im trying my best to make the poses correctly. #EASYDANIELLA.
    Anyway, I can put my booty on my heels now even without practicing a YOGA CLASS, by just making the pose. What I think its cool. #IMPROVIMENT.
    Thank u for this class shared & Im gonna practice it tonight. I'll let u know how was taht for me after I practice it.

    so much ankle cracking. wow
