POV: you watched to the end and see me fail. LOL
Haha
Great! Trying to get people to watch to end
Nice
Yeah, you didn't do it very "smoothie" at the end
Great tutorial, thanks! Also great exercise for my back as I bend down to pick up the cards scattered all over the floor! 😂 Need lots of practice, but I’m determined!
This guy is so funny and a great teacher. I looked for tutorials, but this is the best one.
Love the bloopers. Goes to show that everyone makes mistakes, it’s just part of learning
I’m a year behind but I really appreciated this video. I’ve been able to do some lame springs but I needed to adjust to a different grip and I think I’ve got it now thanks to this video. Thanks Jeremy!
Jeremy, it is good to know that you are human too. Keeping that blooper reel of your upside-down card spring stunt at the end of the video is a great idea! 👍👍👍😁😁😁
Haha! Thanks for watching to the end!
I'm watching this video from London. Another absolutely fantastic video. More of these videos Sir
More to come!
Awesome tutorial! I just have a slight problem sometimes that the cards turn around during the spring. I think it may be because of the spee but idk.
this helped a lot
What?! That upwards spring was just flexing 🤣 Also the spring at 2:00 almost looked like a freeze frame !
Haha! I played with the shutter speed of the camera to get the best effect
such a chill dude
Enjoyed This
Great and short tutorial!
Glad y like it!
The finger placement technique was very helpful, thanks!
Glad it was helpful!
How do you release the pressure?
mastering the smoothie
Great tutorial! I found a whole new mussel set in my hand when I learned this.
Glad it helped! Haha
I just started getting into cardistry and this video helped me so much!!!
You're the best😁😁
Thanks dude, it worked actually alright. I do sometimes have the problem of a big chunk of cards popping into my hand followed by a smooth release on the rest but other than that it works pretty good
Yeah it happens. Sometimes it just the cards and the pressure u apply. Just keep at it!
Thanks
👊🏻😁
What are those cool virts cards?
They are called Open Court. OC 1 & 2, available for public very soon
thanks unc
Is there a way to stop the card from turning during the spring? Like it keeps turning when it goes to my receiving hand so it kinda messes up
have the same problem
try spreading the fingers holding the top a bit so you're bracketing the top and the upper side of the packet and release the pressure only with your thumb. You're sorta allowing only one "path" for the cards to shoot from your grip so you should get less tumbling.
@@merphul thx
Thank you
Very nice sir
Many thanks for the great tutorial! :)
I have a ,,soft", and tha ,,hard" deck. I started the learning with the soft deck. :)
You are so welcome!
1:26 smoothie of cards 😂 during spring shuffle ok thanks
I love these tutorial! Can you share something other basis exercise for practicing card manipulation? From the basic exercises to the trickier, how much dedicated at minimum, ecc. Thank you very much!!!🙏
Yeah sure! I have a whole lot of basic card techniques that I want to film again.
@@jeremytanmagic thank you very much!
Will this only work with a fresh deck?
Works with most! As long as they are not sticky! Haha
Thank you bro i will sub for more❤
0:35 did you see it
im bout to master the art of 52 pickup
Are these plastic cards?
Can v do this with bicycle standard cards
you are amazing
what’s level 3?
It is okay and easy
What kind of what is that
I feel like I'm doing it wrong. I think I'm trying to pinch my fingers too hard and bending the deck too much. Is this wrong.
I had the same problem, just make sure the tip of your fingers don't go past the cards when you're holding them.
thank you a lot, iv already masterd it (well i thought i had) but whith this video i realized that my grip was bad. It really helped me so... thanks.....(also i dont speak english fluently so, plz respect my orthorgaphe and vocabulary)
and i also really like the little bonus at the end! XD
That’s great to hear! Glad you enjoyed it! And your English is great!
@@jeremytanmagic Thank you! i love the fact that you reply to almost everyone, it truly feel... i dont know, its just satifying :D
My arch angel cards still hard like wood😂
Is it normal if i give more pressure to bend it
I'm afraid that it will loose its quality
nah it won't! i'm guessing you haven used those cards in a long time hey?
@@jeremytanmagic i always compress it with big powerbank after playing it hahaha
@@jeremytanmagic one quick question...is it okay if i'm using baby powder to keep my card smooth...hopefully u got ur own way to share it with us
Now I’m playing 54 card pickup
G.O.A.T
Haha enjoy!!
Do i risk bending my cards doing this?
U do. Just turn it over and spring from the faces. (;
been practicing for 3 weeks and still suck. Is that normal?
the funny thing is i got the spring part first try but i cant seem to catch the cards
... two weeks of mild frustration starting... NOW! (but thanks, Jeremy!)
Enjoy!!gotta put in the hard work!!
@@jeremytanmagic NOOO I have vacation!!!😂😂
But my thumb hurts when I put it on the corner😢😢😢
Can you teach mind reading trick 😊
Will try! hehe
Do whatever you need to help me LMAO
Yeah I need 100K subs! Let’s Gooooo! Hahahha
I don't know what I'm doing wrong but then don't pop out of my hand
2:46 What?
HAHA! I'm also human! keke
I've been trying for 2 months 😩
Try with half the deck first, get the grip right and release the pressure evenly?
I think Bro Streaming on His Lunch time 😂
Got the spring down within 3 minutes just can't catch it lol
Start closer together, then work out where the cards will end. Open your fingers wide with the pinky finger at the back so that you can cradle the cards
its 3 am and im supposed to be studying
U technically are
But I’m left handed 😢
Easy, just mimic the same finger positions with the right hand!
wait you can learn this only 2 days?????
My question is, why don't you teach the trick you have shown us and make us say , whaat 😂👍
New Virtuoso ???????????????????????????????????????????????
YEAH!!!
@@jeremytanmagic ❤️
whaaaaat?
🤣smoothie!
uhhhh what about me, I'm left handed
Same thing, just flip the finger positions
