All 3 Cunard Queens meet up in Southampton this morning a moment in time 11/08/19

- It was a great moment in time when all 3 Cunard Queens arrived into Southampton early this mornng Sunday 11th August 2019.
The "Queen Mary 2" was the very first to arrive into Southampton from Stavanger for an estimated arrival time at the QEII Cruise Terminal for about 05:45am.
Following the "Queen Mary 2" was the "Queen Victoria" to arrive from her last port call of Dublin in Ireland for an estimated arrival time at the Mayflower Cruise Terminal for about 06:30am.
Then it was the turn of the "Queen Elizabeth" to arrive from her last port call of Le Havre for an estimated arrival time into the Ocean Cruise Terminal for about 06:30am.

We were on the QM2, we’ve just arrived in New York this morning. It was a great sight to see them all together, great video.

Thank you for this! Reminiscent of the Mersey a couple of years ago for the Cunard Centenary. What a fabulous sight: and to realise that Southampton can take so many of these ocean-going giants at once!

I've had the privilege to sail on QM2 three times. Beautiful ship, though in October 2015 when I was on her crossing the Atlantic, we ran into winds of 115 mph and a night of the most intense weather i've encountered at sea to date. Despite the harsh conditions the ship held up well even though there was some damage to some of the cabin doors on the higher floors.

Thanks Steve, we were on QM2, Deck 13 Starboard side as we arrived back from Norway through the Force 9 Gale. You can see us all from 11:45 just above the Bridge. It was an awesome sight to see all 3 Queens at the same time. Always amazed at how nimble these big ships are as they manoeuvre into dock without the aid of any other Tugs. Thanks for sharing...:-D

I remember the QM2 trip to Norway as well. Honestly, this was a cool moment to see from the QM2.

The original Queen Mary is in way too shallow water for the QM2 to pull alongside her. That may be a good thing as the QM2 is way bigger. I love the Historic Queen Mary as I have vacationed on her.

I was on the QV this time last year when all three Queens were together at Soton and we were treated to a special display from the Red Arrows on the evening the 3 Queens set off on their individual cruises, ours to the Baltic.

This is the Queen Mary 2 arriving in Southampton August 11th from Norway, same day (afternoon) we traveled on her from Southampton to NY arriving yesterday. Great trip.
Not too far from the US coast there were problems with the engine(s) so we stopped...literally..for 3 hours to fix the problem. Also, one unfortunate person had to be airlifted by helicopter, we had to divert 60 miles off course to get closer to Newfoundland so the helicopter could reach the ship.
I have been on the Queen Marry 2 twice on deck 10 (Princess Grill)

The Queen Elizabeth & Queen Victoria are sister cruise ships the Queen Mary 2 is classed as a true transatlantic ocean going Liner and the only one in existence as far as I know.
Watch them all leave from the upstairs bar at the grand harbour hotel in ocean Village Marina

I think the Queen Anne is due out in 2022 not entirely sure.
You thought the qm2 would use the ocean terminal being the premium ship I expect there is factors why this is the case
The QM2 does use Ocean Cruise Terminal from time to time most ships have a regular terminal to berth in and the cruise ships do get shuffled about from terminal to terminal.
Where is the best place to view the ships coming and going. Great video. Thanks for posting.
Jason you can view from Town Quay, Mayflower Park or across from Hythe and also from Calshot, but the best place for me is from Town Quay where I do most of my filming.

I think 2 of the 3 were in the LB harbor alongside the OG a couple of years ago. Sadly, I was on the OG a few weeks ago and it's condition is appalling.
