    I noticed on many reviews I have seen of various brands of stoves is the lack of flame adjustability on low heat, how was this stove? Looks super easy to clean, I usually just coil the hose up so it fits inside the handle of the 4kg bottle, One thing I do is if the stove is going into storage for anything more than a few months take the hose out, tape up the ends so nothing can make a home inside the hose or fittings and hang it up so it is hanging vertically - A hose that has a tight set in it is a real PIA! also, it means you have to handle the hose before rolling it up and you will notice any stiffness or damage which means time for a new hose!
    Awesome review as always - I have never ever felt that in any of your reviews that you are trying to sell me something - just trying to help me make an informed decision- Thank you all!

      Thanks for your comment, Ian, some great advice here. I found the flame control to be pretty good, the dial required quire a few turns to go from off to full so there is plenty of adjustment and whilst I didn't cook with it, it did seem to drop down relatively low quite easily. I'm not sure it would be quite in the realms of a gentle simmer, but low nonetheless. ~ Ben

    Great video. Do you happen or know he dimensions of the two grills? How wide they are

    Is it easy to clean? There seems to be a sizeable gap between the burner themselves and the top of the stove. Is the bottom of the stove easy to open to clean anything that could have spilled or fallen between the gaps into the inside of the stove itself? How easy is it to clean the inside of the stove?

    • @SnowysOutdoors
      @SnowysOutdoors  ปีที่แล้ว

      You can't get to the inside of the stove, Hammer Rocks, but the base does come close to the burner so you'd probably need to spill food literally on the burner for it to get in the gap. It otherwise seems pretty easy to clean. ~ Ben

    Can you get replacement rubber seals where the regulator fixes to the stove. The black one you can see in your video?

      That's not a readily available Coleman branded spare, but I'm sure there would be a suitable spare available from a gas-fitter, or we could see if we can follow up a space from Coleman. ~ Ben

    Hey guys, I have one of these that I use with the small green gas bottles. Not sure if it's user error or a manufacturing issue - but when the stove is running it seems to be making little puff puff sounds? Is it meant to do that?

    • @SnowysOutdoors
      @SnowysOutdoors  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I'm not sure sorry, if it's a steady flame then there is probably no problem. I'd need to see it in action to make a better judgement here, you can always call into a store if you are nearby so we can have a look. ~ Ben

    Hi there,
    After cooking, would you say that the bottom of the stove gets hot enough to damage your portable table? Especially if you use one of those popular plastic folding tables?
    Would love to know your thoughts or anyone who has one that can comment 🙏🏻🙏🏻

      @@SnowysOutdoors I have the Swap and Go style gas cylinder, I imagine I could get a fitting suitable for the smaller connector of the hose you had in the video? Otherwise, the cooktop looks pretty snazzy.

    I like the overall simple clean design but it seems it's not an ideal stove for messy cookers. If ever the inside of the stove gets dirty, it will be difficult to clean due to it's closed design and lack of quick access. If only they signed it with the bottom quick to remove.

    • @SnowysOutdoors
      @SnowysOutdoors  ปีที่แล้ว

      There is a lip around the opening of the base where the burner pokes through, so spills won't immediately go down into the bottom of the stove. I haven't investigated whether they can be disassembled for cleaning though, there are a few phillips head screwdrivers underneath that look to facilitate securing the base. ~ Ben

    Can you please ask Coleman to make this but in a single burner option lol? Just a single burner with a thin metal flip up lid that would act as the case/protector for the grill and a wind shield all in one.

    • @SnowysOutdoors
      @SnowysOutdoors  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Its specific regulator that is different pressure to the standard inline regulators, and also has something to do with compatibility with propane bottles.
      100% agree though, it's a huge limiting factor for space. I was keen on this stove but it wont fit with the regulator arm.
