Hey! Hope everyone had an amazing 4th, did you take a long weekend or were you back at work today? Well, today I am throwing out another fun little recipe that you can throw on the grill and is SO packed with flavor. Seriously guys making this one you can skip going out to eat. 1 lb. Chicken Breast
1 Cup BBQ Sauce
2 tsp. Lime Zest
2 tsp. Orange Zest
1 Lime, Juiced
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
1 Jalapeño, Seeded and Diced
1 tsp. Cumin
Salt
Pepper
Jalapeño Salsa:
1 (14.5 oz.) Can Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes, drained
3/4 Cup Mango, Diced
2 Jalapeños, Seeded and Diced
1/2 Cup Cilantro, Chopped
1 tsp. Lime Zest
1 tsp. Orange Zest
1 Lime, Juiced
Salt
Pepper
6 Corn Tortillas
Olive Oil
1 Avocado Mashed
