Rice can be a little complicated sometimes, I’ve had mushy moments even when my measurements were spot on! Just don’t give up! The more you make it, the easier & better it gets trust me, you got this!! 🙌🏼
Hi! I don’t really measure the oil. This is based on your personal preference really. I’ve seen some use a tablespoon & I’ve seen some use like half a cup lol! The water is the only non-negotiable measurement with rice, everything else is always to your liking 👍🏼😊
I have a question since you're using two cans of the Gondolas wouldn't that be considered a cup and only use 4 cups of water with 5 cups of rice? My rice the last few times was a little mushy and I am following yours now !
I only say that because if you're using the liquid from those cans and not draining them, plus your can of sauce and oil and sofrito that's probably a little over a cup !
