- The RAF intercepted 50 Russian fighter jets while policing Baltic airspace, the Ministry of Defence has confirmed.
Over the course of four months RAF fighter pilots intercepted the Russian aircrafts in Estonia, which shares a 183-mile border with Russia.

At that point the Royal AF weren't concerned about Russian aircraft flying above them. They were really worried that if that thing suddenly fails and crash lands on them.
