Thanks for the video - always fun and informative ! Thought it was just me to have the thought process of using a new Bible (and translation) in different seasons for a multitude of reasons, but love how things are the same yet different in tangible ways. Spent the last few years in the NASB Allan Reader but last month coincidentally bought a Stridon (ESV since that’s what our church and family uses for devotions) - but have an NKJV rebind from Logos coming for personal devotions and study. May have to check out the Tuscany at some point in one of those two translations … Thanks!
Shoot David! I wish you would have released this video 3 weeks ago. I waited a year for the NKJV Stridon to come out, but wasn't feeling the color combos. At first I wanted the Tuscany but after seeing some reviews it seemed too yellow. I ended up falling in love with the saddle brown color combo of the Quentel and bought that instead. I absolutely love it. It looks, smells and feels just like a western saddle. I wish the saddle brown Stridon had the brown inside cover like the Quentel and Tuscany Stridon. I didn't care for the red. Please do a follow up later after your Tuscany is broken in. Thanks for the video, miss seeing your reviews.
You have me almost convinced to get a Stridon in Black Pearl. I like to have a reader/note-taker combo rather than going back and forth for everything. I also really miss the British Tan. I regret selling my ESV PSQ.

Welcome back 🙏

I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. I’ve been using it as a reader this last week, and it flows very nice.
I’ve really fell in love with the NKJV translation since I haven’t any premiums left at my disposal. 🙏🏻
Man, missed your reviews!
If they made 36gsm (minimum) I’d buy one immediately
I just ordered a Treveris in "desert sand" and can't wait to get it.
Ohhh you’re going to ❤ the NKJV. I was unexpectedly blessed by it beyond expectation, and read little else since
I really wish they’d bring back the British Tan!
I’ve had that Bible in ESV for about three months. My only issue with the Tuscany is that it is pretty slippery. This is not a one hand Bible.
Add some Smiths leather balm.
I'm curious... What's the new season? And why not an ESV stridon?
You said daily driver.... Does that mean going away from NASB?
That’s complicated, but the latest public post on my Patreon page explains a little.
