This run was amazing, and i completely agree on what you said about the value of certain items is higher even when they are not cursed because the moment you need the upgrade is Asap otherwise you just cant keep up with enemies and you just lose everything.
I don't know much about these types of games, but I love watching you do wacky and crazy stuff in them, like 17 of your legendary weapon? That's crazy! Even if you started out with one, the odds of getting so many of your specific weapon is insane I think (unless I'm wrong). Also love seeing you speak your native (I think) tongue and really appreciate the subtitles in English so those of us who don't speak it can follow what you're saying. I love when you do crazy silly runs just for fun, it makes the videos very enjoyable!
I was the one who made the comment about cursing the fairy and did realise all these things after I made the comment 😄 Ofc it is circumstantial and I don't have a lot of fully blown endless experience realising you don't necessarily need it for proper endless runs, is fully broken though if you happen to get it cursed early.
On barnacle, I know you can get at least a 70% bonus. Also, I think taking 2 uncursed hooks is worth while, then curse the third. It will get you about 70% total chance and up to 82%, and 40% is enough to be usable in the meantime. 20% is just too low for any consistency and ruins your shop if you try to use it. Honestly a single hook is bad enough that I think it just kills endless runs lol
I think the right choice is 20+20+40, so 80 total, though optimally would be 90+. Later on when a single wave increases prices from 5000 to 5500 not cursing something insanely hurts
I think a really nice idea for the curse-ticket-item, woud be one that only appears after wave 20 with random rarity that curses a random item you own, that has the same rarity as the curse-ticket you bought. I feel like curse is intended to be less plannable and more RNG, so this would still fit the idea.

I've been complaining about the smoke from explosions for a long time now. I hope that they add that effect to the explosion slider as well as the blinding flashes. It would help a bit with lag too.
Do that exact run again. Youll have better luck and it will go better. The premise behind what you were trying to accomplish is worth another run in my opinion.
From the endless runs I have been doing its normal to struggle to get all three fish hooks, especially cursed well. Its not normal at all to have all three of them with two well cursed like you did in the other run by wave 15 😄

Guys, maybe someone has encountered the problem? On the 6-9 wave, lags/spikes appear, fps drop. And the further you go, the more and more often it lags. The system is not top, but allows me to play Diablo 4 without problems. I tried updating drivers, setting the priority in the task manager, tweaking all the game settings - nothing helps. There are no such problems in other games. What could be the problem or how to fix it?
@@Уютныепосиделки I had to translate it so I may be misunderstanding and I apologise if so, but if the implication is you're on a pirated copy, it may be that it's a pirated copy released into the wild BY the devs, so the issue is baked in and unescapable, turning it into a kind of demo. sometimes devs will do this, knowing it will be pirated anyway, so it's both a safe non-virus version, but it's broken just enough that you get the taste of the game, want to play it, find out "it's cos you pirated!" and go "FUCK IT I'LL BUY IT!!!" - one game I can think off the top of my head that did it was Game Dev Tycoon when it worked perfectly fine for a bit, then some time into the game you can't play anymore because 99% of your in-game sales get pirated and make no more money and it's game over. another is, I can't remember what game it was, but there was another that let you play 99% of the game then it crashes and deletes your save file, which is more of an F U to pirates than a pseudo-demo. again if I got lost in translation, I apologise, but that's my answer why, if I read the translation right: there is no helping it but to buy the game because it's built into the pirated copy. don't forget steam has a no-questions asked refund if you play less than 2 hours, so if you get to wave 6-9 and STILL get the lag, you refund and get your money back in your steam wallet
Honestly, I usually go for 2 regular hooks and 1 high roll cursed one, it works out better for me since I don't waste a tonn of rounds just waiting on a 20% chance
So, if under the right circumstances, the enemies can be buffed twice and cursed. I only thought they could be buffed once(light blue outline), but this changes everything.
I have played a bit of brotato on my phone. Cheated a bit because I watched a few ads. And I got to round 103. So, I could never do it in a proper run. but it was kinda fun :)
I would have permitted Lightning Shiv as an early on weapon. You seemed to be skipping Bounces, but that's what makes the background lightning swarm able to clear non-Bosses. Is there anything else to be done to buff the lightning swarm?
Maybe try to keep one of your scaling stats really low but positive, and use axolotl to swpa 2000 range for (ele?)damage. 😅 I did that once and got over 1k ranged dmg and swapped melee weapons to ranged. Kinda ok damage with 5 blunderbuss and 1 minigun....
I’m watching these videos on abyssal terror and can’t help but feel jealous. I’m on Nintendo switch and on the switch the update hasn’t happened yet but you can watch the trailer of it. I’m so sad and the only way I can play abyssal terror is at my mates house
Wouldn't those "Baby Elephants" or however they're called always be a good item to take? They deal extra damage to random enemies every time you deal damage. At least in the early levels they should be good I assume. And you can stack them like crazy.

Yea I get that, but my issue is most times when I want Fairy, it's a run safer. So not picking it ends the run or makes it likely to lose. And if I wait until I can curse it, then it's often at a time I already don't care about healing anymore, since HP regen either already hit 500 or I know very soon if I get hit I'm just instantly dead, so my focus is on other stats

I mean if it takes 15 rounds to find it again and say it doubles it that means you need to go an additional 15 rounds just to break even more if its not doubling the effect. Since you rarely go past round 40 you dont make up the difference.
I think its impossible to forever forever outscale the enemies since as far as I know they scale exponentially and no scaling a character has is exponential, forever. But you can take it to insane wave numbers, 10000+, and it may even happen that enemies just hit a number limit
What is he talking about retrying a wave? I have beat all characters on crashzone on danger 5 and never saw a retry wave feature? I am halfway through abyss on danger 5 and haven't seen it there either. I don't think I'd retry a wave because that seems like cheating.
Which mods do you use? Because for me the mods work well through the workshop. If you want do use the rainbow crates use the Mod Options - v0.4.2 mod as well. The default rate of the crates is 10% and with the Mod Options you can bump that up.
@@markuswaldvogel9781 I looked at the workshop page for this mod and it seems that GMO has not been updated for the current patch and the comments say it dosen´t work with the DLC. So you probably have to wait until the mod gets updated.

I changed 5000% Attack Speed in a Loud Run to Ranged Damge and got to wave 136 - where I got one shot with 99% dmg reduction :D

The reason you had trouble finding the red items you wanted is you were turning them into Legendary weapons.
The mod only turns red weapons into legendary weapons. But when I read this at first I thought that was the reason haha

You forgot you had the mod that turned red items into legendaries so that's why you never saw the belt again... It got turned into a dex-troyer.
It only turns weapons into legendary weapons, so items are unaffected :p

The Fairy item is one of the items I try to curse because you can get like +4 per tier 1 and -1 for tier 4 it’s really good cursed

White means they got hit by an elemental attack and take more damage. These things are unrelated to each other
