I just realized that underneath the sign, everybody's feet are different Mettaton has the one wheel from his box form, Mew Mew has the post from their body as a dummy, Napstablook has the bottom half of a snail and shell because of his snail farm, Undyne has Monster Kid's feet to call back to the encounter with her at the bridge in Waterfall, and Alphys has the feet of the dog looking Amalgamate because of the True Lab Can't believe I didn't see that detail until now
opening this track has the same equivalent to walking into a library only to find out it’s become a supped up resort full of cosmic entities chilling and I absolutely fucking love it holy shit everyone popped off for this so much. @@KeltonAwesome In their interview, RoE talks about the fact that Mew Mew didn't exist until 3 years after the Undertale universe's creation, and how it could cause major damage to the timeline. However, in the middle of the interview, RoE remembers that there are also timelines that exist without Mew Mew (because she's only in the Switch version). This makes them realize that Mew Mew didn't just cause inconsistencies in the timeline, she caused the creation of an entirely new universe. RoE considers this a major threat, as it could cause the universes to merge and destroy each other. They decide to kill Mew Mew, but Scott and Susie convince them to just try talking to MTT Tour to come up with another solution.

Thematically these two go together way too well, and it's rough seeing them both in the opening bracket against each other.
