@@Amtrak160HeritageUnit Only the flared GP40-2s that are similar in loudness. The other more modern engines are quieter, especially those dual mode ( electric - diesel) engines that run on both catenary wire routes and diesel routes
It amazes me that Metra being so unique that it has most of its engines at notch 8 all the time, especially when idling.
