Ridiculous! Disconnect the puppet strings people and do a traditional cardio workout in sweat you need gravity to get a good workout not floating around on a bouncy cord what are you people 10 years old? I mean that's the stupidest thing I've ever seen I've been in the gym my whole life and done everything I wouldn't strapped up to the puppet string though I'll tell you that unless I was getting ready to perform in a circus

I'm booking my first class: since I was knocked down by a Car.....I can't do the running and jumping anymore and though I've been a good walker for most of my life, I fell on the pavement just before COVID, and hurt my knees and foot ......I need a much safer way to get fit without the weight of my body holding me back!

The bungee cords are doing almost all of the work here. SMH.
Totally disagree. Any movement of the body is 100% better than the sedentary/couch potato/ no movement brigade.
