Very nice. Off the beaten path destinations are often the most surprising ones. Thanks for another great vlog Kaja.

We have so much green that's why the biggest part of our flag is green
Blue represent the beaches, rivers, lakes etc which is equal to the green
Yellow is tanzanite, gold etc (mines )
    Black is us

Historical note. The Germans came often to cool off. The old German name is Wilhelmstal. After WW1, it was renamed Lushoto. The Usambaras form the Eastern Arc of mountains.

Hello Kaja, I’m planning backpacking trip in Tanzania and would like to visit Lushoto but I can’t figure out the bus from Dar to Lushoto. Do you know if there is any direct bus or I would also need to go to Bagamoyo to take direct bus from there? I know that many things could’ve change in a year but I would be very grateful for any tips. Asante, Ana

Thank you Kaja for sharing this beautiful video with us and also for all the tips and insights into Tanzania. I haven’t watched all your videos, I was just curious what period of the year were you there. You mentioned it wasn’t a rainy season, but could you tell us the month? Thanks 🫶🏼
