- Safari in Serengeti & Ngorongoro, Tanzania Travel Vlog. What to know before doing safari in Africa? 2nd part of my safari vlog in Africa. During my solo trip around Tanzania, I went on a 5 days long safari to some of the most popular places in Tanzania; Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation Area and Lake Manyara National Park. In this vlog I share why I think safari is an incredible experience but it can also be challenging and it's certainly not suitable for everyone!

we are taking our two young kids there mid Aug. what kind of temperature should we expect? 15 celcius sounds mild but watching this video it felt like minus 15 degree. 3 layers of pants? gosh, i was thinking taking shorts there.

Are there comfortable lodge available in Serengeti?
Which minimum duration for a safari do you recommend? Can you also book a safari on the spot during high season or do you risk everything being fully booked? If you would do a safari again, would you book with the hostel again or are there more interesting places to book with?
I would not book with that hostel, and it’s super hard to say bc you can be unlucky and not see much so the more days you have the higher the chance of seeing more animals

I think they might take USD but it's definitely good to have local currency as well :)

That tour guide was so busy on the phone almost all the times.
If you come to TANZANIA for safari and complain about not seeing a LION jus know you got scammed...😂😂😂😂 Lions are everywhere in the country even the Maasai people test their young warriors to hunt a Lion each thats how many lions are in Tanzania 😂
