Loliondo / Wasso - Volunteering House with Workaway (5 EUR per day for accommodation & food)
Arusha (second time) - Arusha Backpackers Hotel (12 EUR for 2 nights)
Lushoto - Anmut Hostel (37 EUR for 3 nights)

you said you could book a safari in the Arusha hostel... do you have any idea of the prices? other videos I've seen they are really expensive...
So you can book different safaris, each with different lengths of stay. But if I remember correctly it was around 700 euros for 5 days (I think, but I am not 100% sure anymore). You could also negotiate with the people there or choose a shorter safari. But the one in Tanzania is expensive because of the high entrance fees of the park for foreigners
