How about the audio? I don't like mine, too much delay and I can barely understand people when talking, sound its not clear. It is good on yours? Because I may have a faulty item.

I have just got one of these, and it is possible to have colour night vision by turning off the infrared leds in settings. This turns off automatic switching based on ambient light, which would in low light turn the image to black and white illuminated by the infrared leds.

Can I install the application on two android phones (mine and my wife's) and additionally on an android tablet that will be on the wall at home. I don't always have my phone with me when I'm at home, so I also want to be able to answer with a tablet in the living room. If someone calls then, will these three devices ring at the same time?
What is the rtsp url for these doorbell cameras? I would rather just connect it to y NVR
If anyone needs to connect to a 5Ghz wifi network, get the V8S model instead, it works on both 5 and 2.4.. That camera has slightly higher resolution and better detection, but it lacks the SD card slot in the base unit.

No, it doesn't. You have to ask to show the camera and the image, that's a pity.
I’m trying to charge it for the first time after opening (since it says it has 80% charge as new) but I don’t see any light to indicate that’s charging?
I think the light around the button glows when charging and then turns off when charged.
Can you use this video doorbell with the google nest or amazon echo smart display hubs to see live video or voice response?

am i able to wipe the memory card from the app or i have to removed the SD card to wipe the SD card to get more storage space.. next, does it always on record or only when motion is detected?
It should automatically overwrite the oldest footage when the card gets full. It only records on motion, that is the same with all battery powered cameras and doorbells. If not the battery would die too quickly.
What about live video viewing??
Hi. Is it right that you can access events away from home using mobile data?
Its just that i cant. When i get a notification on my mobile i go to the event and there's nothing there.
Aosu online help said you cant access footage away from home but ive been told by somebody else you can.🙉
You should access events even in mobile data. Mine does that.

The only catch I had was I had to plug the base into an outlet in the closet where the router is, even on the outlet outside and next to the closet it wouldn't connect

I did not have the hardwired version to test. But I would assume it would do that. That's pretty standard for most doorbells that are hardwired in.

Yes. That is correct. It pulls power from the doorbell transformer.
Can I access the camera from work or do I need to be at my house to few it on my phone?
Yes you should. It worked when I was testing.

No but you could install another access point.
Does it have RTSP? How does it work with Frigate/ Home Assistant?
Hi Mark, sorry I missed your comment. No, most battery powered devices will not support external integrations. No RTSP or HA integrations.

Very important a lot of these vids lack is a test of the speaker function. I'm liking this, but without knowing how the speaker experience is i cannot pull the trigger. Thanks any way..
I have had that feedback on a number of videos and I have added it to most of my reviews. I don't really use the audio functions as much, but a lot of people do. Some cameras and doorbells have terrible audio...

Decent doorbell camera, however battery life is the only thing that lets this down.

That is going to be a problem with any company without a direct policy to not release your footage without your permission.
