You feature so many delicious PC combinations and many of them are perfect for my use cases. Wish I have plenty of money so I can buy almost all of the great tiny gaming pc's you show on your videos...
Thank you for being so thorough with your videos, you have no idea how you saved me just now. I had to make a return and I have different mini pcs so I needed to know which power supply was the right one to send back (thankfully it was the one I suspected) & your video helped me identify everything that went back inside the box. Thank you so much for that
Great storage options - this could be the perfect backup/2nd PC
Dang brutha you are pumping out the video's lately!! Appriciate it!!
You should do comparison builds to these with a full size with the same specs and see if that price tag is actually worth it
Anything you buy now is worth it as prices of hyper inflation will change everything.
Its not comparable.
This mini pc uses a mobile/laptop cpu. Mobile variants usually have a some or all of these differences than the desktop variant. Lower max watts available, little to no cooling, less P and E cores(in Intel's instance), lower core and/or boost clocks, lower cache, etc. That's why they separate mobile and desktop cpu's into their own categories for testing. The 13900h in this mini pc is more comparable to like a plain i5 13600. The i5 beating it mulicore double digit percentage points in performance and the 13900h winning in single core in single digit percentage points.
I just got the Ryzen of this 3 days ago and it's INSANE!! 4 display support is awesome!
Love those small heating units for the winter. ❤️
More reliable information than any other review. thank you.
Right on time for the winter!
I love the introduction theme so much ❤
I’m a Intel fan person
I love Intel software & products including their graphics and technology ❤
Keep uploading awesome videos!!
Honestly I think the Intel 13900H is totally not worth it over the AMD one.
Also based on the fact that these are selling quite expensive across different countries.
May I make a suggestion that you add a Handbrake transcoding job to your mix of test benchmarks? Especially using the QSV (QuickSync) acceleration? Transcoding FPS is more relevant to content creators, Plex/JellyFin users, etc. than just the gaming benchmarks. The performance of Handbrake transcoding should see a major jump once you start testing with the Meteor Lake (14th gen) mobile CPUs, since the graphics architecture in those chips switches over to ARC-based.
I want, I want, I want!!! Nice Video!
Well, you get a tonne of tech.. if the stuff is taking up too much room… I’ll happily take it off your hands 🥳
W/o the external GPU the 13900H tests very close (though lagging) to 5700G systems. The external GPU really helps, a must have, for gamming with this unit, IMHO. Interesting that Intel is basically calling a CPU functioning more at the level of a 5700G, a 13900H. The 13900K is still their top of the line until November when a 13900K basically becomes a 14900K (4% functionality gain is a refresh alright). A real opportunity for AMD here, depending on their next offering. Thank you for the video!
Mini itx pc make more sense than mini pc with egpu,
Really ! I’m not even done yet with the 27” touchscreen monitor video you just post😅.
Would it be possible to do a blender render on these mini PCs and potentially post a chart comparing the past mini PCs that have had the same render done?
Great for those that are professional programmers, finance/accounting/insurance, or cloud computing. The RAM and SSD can be changed easily too.
Also, good for a fast-paced home computer for the family. The round corners keep clumsy kids from getting poked by accident.
Let's hope gpd gets some 7900m GPUs. If they make another external GPU with that, a mini steam console is definitely on the way.
Would love to see a video comparing how this Intel MiniPC compares to the newer AMD MiniPCs in emulation.
This looks like an updated version of numerous Gigabyte Brix models from years past, right down to the chassis design and interior layout. That's not a bad thing--- we have a couple dozen older Brixes (Brixii?) at work that are still in service. Clearly this isn't designed for gaming, but toss in a Ryzen and a Radeon chipset and it might make for a fun machine for emulation as well as home/office work.
How do these mini pcs fair with emeulation gaming like ps2 game cube ps3 switch Xbox 360 / 1 the higher end stuff
As a music producer who doesn't need a fancy GPU, this seems perfect. I cant yet find any reviews from people who are using it specifically for music production but I read in multiple places, including here in the comments that the form factor limits the performance of it's components. I'm also concerned about reliability/longevity. I'd love for someone to talk me into/out of buying one.
I think you can buy it because his performance and quality is worth to get it🥰
I don't suppose, that when you do your legion go review you will try it out with an egpu? I'm looking to see what it can handle ;)
Is this great for creative fields like me? Animation, art editing, photoshop etc
Mini PCs are fun
I wonder how that mini PC will be when it comes to music production?
One shop that I talked to about having a PV built said that the mini PCs have long term reliability issues because then tend to run hot because of the inadequate cooling and small case size. Any thoughts.
Can you test the new intel 14th igpu? thank you.
the Afterburner shows some worrying temperature on Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay when using the eGPU part. It manages to reach 100° C.
Yikes
Where do you get the wallpapers from? PLEASE!
I don't know if I should go for this IT 13 of the one you did mention here GEEKOM Mini PC Mini Fun11. Mostly will be used for Adobe PS/Lr, will need to put a samsung 8gb SDD , would like 64 ram, and I need 2 27 inches 4 k ips screens. Any advice will be greatly appreciatted
This is really meant for office tasks and productivity. Really shouldn't buy this for gaming/emulation.
Agreed. If it had a Ryzen level igpu, it would be better for gaming. But for emulation which is not as demanding as Xbox and ps3, it's not bad right now.
AMD is still king in laptop gaming with integrantes graphics, Intel only can surpass AMD with a dedicated Nvidia gpu, but not by much.
Is there a design limitation with 12th and 13th gen mobile where DDR5 is impossible?
At first look, all that I/O looks delicious (what was that image on one of the front USB ports differentiating it from the other?), although when I saw DDR4 @3200 is seemed like a potential bottleneck for the power on offer.
This particular model is very expensive though, so it needs to be a top notch performer.
The i5-13500H variant would be more interesting to see for me as it fits into a better price point, where use of an external GPU for high end gaming might offer more all round value and power options.
I wonder if this particular one would persuade many against a desktop for the same outlay. Although a max 93 watts of power use is useful, if you are spending tis amount, I am not so sure that my electricity bill will be top of my mind.
what about multilayer 4k video editing on this mini pc
If you need to have the extra mass of an eGPU for gaming, is it still a 'mini' PC?
No, unless it is asus xg mobile
Could you include VR benchmarks for these small machines? I've heard of some issues regarding AMD cards running VR, and I'm also curious to see how an eGPU would fair in a Half-Life: Alyx and VRChat VRAM benchmark!
Love your content btw! It is really cool to see the latest i miniPC tech!
I just bought Geekom Mini IT13 and the fan is making too much noise. Even after changing in the BIOS the fan mode into quiet mode the fan continues making noise. When I surf on the internet or do simple jobs in Ms Office the fans turns like a hair dryer. I contacted the support for getting help because I cannot work like this with such big noise on my desk
This is one of those boxes that you get it to be efficient for work but for gaming you gotta get GeForce now for gaming. Not bad if it’s 400 or less
hear me out, this and the PocketAI would be an insane pair
For people that cannot tell because they do not memorize benchmark numbers, the performance of the IT13 is nearly the same as a NUC13ANHI7
I used to share by intel, now I don't bother, they have so many issues with different games, cod, newer games as far as I know, but it leaves me thinking if they can keep up with the newer games coming out z.z q.q 😭
He should have shown a egpu with a 4090.
But why no comments about heat dissipation??
"the Mini IT13 delivers desktop-level performance that rivals even the most powerful gaming laptops." Say WHAT?
Can the USB C'S power the device?
Do a what's the best Mini PC video
Cole back five days after he releases it and there will be a new best one. That market moves fast. Buy the current top specs if you want some longevity.
please compare with um790 PRO.
Any way to stuff OCuLink into there?
Still only Xe with 96EU.........😢😅
The cpu is overheating and thermal throttling
i9? I had such a bad experience with them on a work Macbook 2018 16", I'm only interested in AMD for my own PCs.
Why Intel don't up their execution units to 128 or 256 beats me, same old 96 unit underpowered GPU
Cuz their iGPUs are just meant to render basic tasks and en/de-code videos.
They dont want anything more in their CPUs.
and its completely overpriced beyond reason.
If I was to get a mini pc I’d need a better internal gpu like RTX 3070 or above to play the newer games in ultra 4k
You’re bot doing that w/ a 3070. It’s gimped w/ 8gb of VRAM.
Can you test teknoparrot
Ahhhh my version's fan is always loud and ON! Anyone else finding this?
Considerations Before Purchasing This Computer: Firstly, the cooling system is a notable concern, as the fan is not sufficiently effective in dissipating heat. This limitation results in the CPU being thermally throttled to approximately 35 watts, leading to reduced processing speeds. Additionally, despite the CPU's compatibility with DDR5 memory, this computer is equipped with DDR4 RAM. This is a significant factor as DDR4 is 50% slower than DDR5, potentially impacting overall performance.

25w idle is way too high compared to amd same tier
Brother can you give me the HN2673 Mini pc please
😍
why you open the video, paused and let it buffer if your intention were to test it? a better test would be set video playback to 4k as default=> drop the url and press enter
Cuz TH-cam, for a long time now, has issues properly loading videos right when you open it.
Its an ISP related issues across the world. Even with a 4090 I drop frames when I dont give the video 2-3 seconds to bufer properly before playback.
It doesn't matter how great a product is - if there are any failed parts and the company behind it sucks shit then the whole product sucks shit.
I wonder if I can play 7days to die on this 🧐
My IT i9 failed within days after constantly crashing . I'm now stuck with a PC that wont boot up at all. AVOID.
Could have put at least a 1650gpu or higher... a bit careless.
Intel NUC are extremely popular in my city where I live the computer store had 24 of them I return 2-3 days ago there’s only 1 remaining
Same for the Intel Arc graphics cards
I bought one
1 week after I bought it, the last one sold
While watching this video i can see a expensive E-waste.
wake me up when DDR5 😪
Idle 21 watts lol
I really like your videos, but I don't see any point in testing a Mini type machine with an E-GPU.
The philosophy behind MINIs is to be self-sufficient. By presenting benchmark results corresponding to the use of an
E-GPU, this introduces a bias. Ultimately, it is no longer the Mini that is being tested. If Beelink is not able to produce minis equivalent
to those of Minis Forum for example, why insist on presenting their model with the addition of an E-GPU?
Basically, many Mini PCs can actually do as well as Beelink if you add an E-GPU .....

Slow ram… bah
Hi everyone, I need a mini PC to mine Bitcoin Cash and Ethereum Classic, can anyone tell me if this mini PC can be useful to me? I intend to buy GEEKOM Mini IT13 SSDi9-13900H 32GB RAM + 2TB SSD! thank you all
Can u please give me that mini pc give for Christmas i wish i got that mini pc because rn im playing fortnite with my school chrome book🙂
FIRST
Look another useless Intel again.
If it had a better igpu, it's really good. But for a mini pc with igpu, I'll agree with you for now
True
14th gen igpu shud be way better but not that much over 780m
Which mini PC would you recommend then
@@dannybootsAMD Beelink or MinisForum
@@dannybootsanything ryzen 6000 or above really
Intel...yuck!
