I admit, that I was cynical of Kylie Minogue's music career, and thought that her first few songs did well because she was on "Neighbours" at the time. But, to her credit, she adapted her music, and started maturing her music, so her music grew along with her fanbase. So, credit to her for being smart enough to adapt her music over the years, and stay relevant, and that why she has had such a long career.
...A STORY: ...I was visiting a well-known (defunct) Gay Bar, Fall of 1992 ("Uncle Charlie's"), and the Video DJ was a HUGE Kylie fan....but, on U.S. shores, she was quickly becoming forgotten.... this tune seemed like a last-ditch effort to keep the 'PWL Kylie' intact, when it, and SHE, was becoming dated.... (cont.) ..The Video DJ played this, and it felt like Kylie was going to go into obscurity; I saw the final shot of this Vid (3:49), and thought, "...Oh, well, hon....ya had a good run..." ...THEN, she comes out with "Confide In Me"...then, "Put Yourself...". ...then, "Where Is The Feeling"...... ....She's on her 67th single now ("Kiss Of Life", w/ Jessie Ware)....BOY, did I just eat my words..... ; )
Better version than Kool & the Gang. Seeing those dudes (term used loosely) kiss Miss Kylie made me throw up in my mouth. But you're still my Queen highness (Kylie)
I don't know what it is about this song, but this is my least fav song of Kylie. I just can't seem to love it, even thou i love her. I think for me, it's the music. Still, it's not the worse cover in the world. Still, i like how she's enoying herself and she looks fab xx

But I keep thinking I heard this version of the song in a car commercial that aired somewhere in the late Spring or early Summer of 2004. But I can't seem to remember what brand or model it was advertising. If you would possibly remember?
