  • GMP has a terrible history of abusing the public. In the last few days a constable at Manchester Airport attacked a man that was on the ground and in no position to defend himself. I believe GMP are not fit to serve!
But tell me what you think !
Big thank you to @ Free Times Audits @ UK Audits please sub.

    • @gelbsucht947
      @gelbsucht947 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@MaisieDaisyUpsadaisy given that GMP continue to withhold two hours of footage from Zayna‘s period of detention, it’s impossible to exclude that possibility. Since they are in a position to dispel all reasonable doubts as to the propriety of their treatment of Zayna simply by releasing that footage, it’s difficult not to regard their failure to do so with suspicion. Why are they not transparent if they have nothing to hide? It’s a question they ask detainees all the time, after all! What I do know about that period of detention is that it was 48 hours in duration, when the police are not permitted to detain someone for longer than 24 hours without either bringing charges or applying to the courts for enhanced powers to detain. They did neither. And secondly, the custody log repeatedly describes Zayna as ‚unfit to be detained‘, yet the custody sergeant made no attempt to transfer her to hospital or seek medical attention for her. So in terms of that detention, the police were in breach of two of their own protocols in respect of the safety and well-being of detainees, and are also continuing to defy a request made under the FOI Act to supply information which, as a publicly funded body, they have no right to refuse.
PS: we don’t know Zayna was never strip searched because we haven’t seen all the footage yet!

For the 2nd clip, I'm not convinced it's down to NPD. I think it's more down to the police tending to be thick, stupid, ignorant, lazy, poorly selected, poorly managed, with poor guidance as to what they should be doing as part of their job. Along with basic human psychology when you put anyone in a gang. As well as the attitude of most of the people in this country.
Too many people in this country put the police on a pedestal. Just look at other youtube channels that covered the Manchester Airport incident. And you'll see loads of comments saying well done to the police for "controlling the situation" and "a female police officer had her nose broken".
Combine all of these factors and you get the sort of policing seen time after time after time on this channel.
People that follow auditing channels tend to have negative views on the police. People that don't follow these channels tend to think the police do a good job in difficult circumstances. The police themselves think they do a good job in difficult circumstances with there being the odd bad apple - because they're thick, ignorant, part of a gang.

Often, the police haters have been on the wrong side of the law, many of them a lot more than once. It seems to be a common human trait.
I subscribed to this channel, originally thinking that we might get a decent balanced view. Well, as much balance as we the viewer and commenters can achieve anyway.
I realise now, I'm wrong to think that. The channel seems very much anti police, and the followers seem very much hanging on the anti police theme.
The 2 thugs could have killed a few police in the incident, but the channel would still say how vile the police are. Even if a few innoecent public had been slaughtered by the asians, the chaannel would be slaughtering the police. And the followers would heap applause and adulation on in-between for 'telling it as it is'
      NPD at its finest.

  • @ZinzanModelling
    @ZinzanModelling หลายเดือนก่อน +1

This came up on my feed so I would like to weigh in if I may.
It appears to me that NPD may not be the problem, (although there are likely to some disordered persons at large in the force nationally just like there are in society). It seems more likely that "custom and practice" might be the causal factor:
It is likely that constables are trained to take control in every situation they encounter. This leads to an assertive stance being adopted in public. Very many members of the public will fully co-operate with constables in any way they can when presented with this approach, even surrendering their rights in some cases. This may lead to a belief in the mind of the constable that such response will happen at all times regardless of circumstance. Most of the time when I look at videos of police performance on duty, when they are challenged it comes as a complete surprise.
The police expectation of challenge is therefore very low and I suspect that this may be why situations escalate- the constable tries to exert control because it's in his training to do so.
Your video example shows just such an attempt at escalation, (via Sect 5 implied) and this may perhaps be a good reason why constables should reflect on how they deal with situations where it is not obvious that an offence has taken place. I have often noted how carefully constables shape their words to auditors in order to give an impression of authority where none exists. Listening skills are important in order to recognise this at the time.
I might also point out that the approach to auditors taken by constabularies around the country appears to be, (in the main), that people "audit" to disrupt or "get a rise from" working police. I do not believe that this is always the case. I am of the opinion that most auditors are activists who are exercising their rights within the bounds of the law. If policing services looked upon things this way, (and some do), the situation generally doesn't escalate.
In general I suspect, the principle of "objective reasonable suspicion" should apply and it is not obvious to me that ORS is fully understood. After all, if all police on the scene have is "a man with a camera" this threshold is not passed.
Can constables speak to the public? Of course! But they ought to be mindful of the fact that their filmed interaction is likely to be replayed thousands of times and think carefully about how they proceed.
Auditors who remain calm and polite in the face of escalating behaviour will be in a much stronger position to respond with legal force if they wish to after the event.
A change in approach from police services would be most useful- not giving auditors unnecessary attention removes the problem quite effectively I would say.
By the way- the Manchester attackers were nothing more than vicious thugs. Assault on an emergency worker is a serious offence- I suspect that these individuals will be serving time as a result of their ill conceived actions. Constable "kicky" may very well regret his uncontrolled action and this is unfortunate as I think it is fair to say that they faced a very difficult situation encountering violent and uncontrolled members of the public who, it would appear had been involved in some previous disorderly activity.

      Fair points

    • @tumble927
      @tumble927 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Good points.. Well put.
I still don't understand some peoles reaaction to this, especially after the rest of the video was released. I'm not sure why it wasn't released in the first place, but the cynical part of me thinks that it didn't suit the agenda at the time.
The different agendas of any humans often seem to play a big part in the world in general. A lot of life seems like an illusion, we see the bits that people want us to see, and don't see the bits they cover up. Not just authorities, but humans in general.
Everyone has their opinion on this. The channel bloke on here only seems to see what he wants to see.
I am unsubsciribing to this channel now. I thought he had more to him, and subscribed and started watching all his vids, but every video has been full of his police hatred, and his followers love the hate. I'm all for piss taking, I'm all for police brutaality being dealt with, I'm all for cutting down/getting rid of corruption ( I loved Serpico. lol )
TH-cam should be looking at the channel. If they are ok with it, then maybe its just me. But he has annoyed me in the last few days, and enough is enough for me.
With regards auditors, i have mixed views, and started watchin them a few years ago. I love some of the things they do, i have issues with other things.
The NPD often seems more in the auditors than the police. They are all stubborn as the stubbornest thing....
Some of them though, they act like lowlifes, calling the police pigs, making all sorts of pig noises, shouting 'sausages' at them ( like that dog from Thats life.. lol )
It often seems all about the auditor.. They can do anything they want, but if the police so much as answer back, they shout and scream and stamp their feet, and i've even seen them go running to the police for help. The same police that they despise. Theres an irony there somewhere.
      Anyway, thats enough from me..
ps when i hit enter, it probably wont accept the message, as it hasnt been accepting a lot recently.
      Its proably youtube
and now, on a really sad note, there has been an incident in Southport, involving 8 stabbings and mention of Alder Hay childrens hospital.
I don't know any more. I hope the public support the police and let them try and get to the bottom of it.
Really sad country at the moment.
I don't have answers. lot of things seem to be escalating.
And all we are doing is hating the police, it seems.

I remember 25 years ago when police to me felt fair although there was less visibility, less social media back then so people may have been blind to it. 25 years ago when i was young I was driving a car sitting on the window sill, the police saw me and was congratulated me for having good control rather than giving me a ticket at first sight. Well done on 200
I don't always agree with you, but i follow your channel.
I havent started this vid yet, but i think it could be about the airport kicking.
Now, although the kicking looks bad, i also believe that other things were happening at the time.
As bad as the police can sometimes be, i believe that they dont go around kicking people in the heads for no reason. Just for the fun of it.
I may be controversial at times, but i believe that some at least of the behaviour would have been justified in the circumstances.
I haven't seen a lot of the incident, but just bits that have been in some of the news.
I think the police were armed and had a taser. The taser may have been used as well, but i need to see more.
By the way, which is worse, being kicked in the head, or being tasered, or being shot. I dont want to find out. lol

      I'm not sure which is worse....being shot.....being tasered....or being a good kickin....or a combi....
The police, in my opinion, dont just go around willy nilly kicking people in the head for no reason.
Well, most of them don't anyway. lol Its probably a bit excessive if you are caught going 2 mph over the speed limit.

I have no love for cops in England. The airport incident i will hold judgement, because apparently the armed police man although suspended was not allowed to let the weapon out of his hand. That part i understand especially when attacked by men who did not wwnt yheir mother searched. Pilice woman who was with them had a broken nose. Foe that i will wait until all the information to be released on that. As for GMP i watched many incidents especially how they violated AB in Wigan station. Other incidents in GMP areas where people have been violated airport was another incident where i believe a citizen journalist should have taken an arrwst. Because they use section 50 to get his details. And when they use the word you have stood here recording to get a reaction. Well police officers if you already think that, then why would you give them a reaction? Plus your plates are not your own. They are on your car so people can write down the details of the vehicle if involved in a hit and run etc. And the old excuse of we are always under threat. Well we all know its not terrorists. Because the last soldier that be attacked in kent and we all know it was a terrorist. The police, civil aervants and home office all stated that he had mental health issues. This same excuse that has been used at every incident, yet you mention it to a citizen journalist every time. You say you could be followed home, com on not one incident if a copper being followed home in any web page in the uk. So thats all lies. The only danger is the police to the public we ho abuse powers and are terrorising the people who dont know the law. But realise that citizen journalists know the law. Just stop the rubbish and dont stop and react if you believe they want a reaction. Thata like touching an electric cable to see if its live.

It's quite intimidating? Having 2 drive past a man with a camera on his phone? If that intimidated any cop they r clearly in the wrong job. Imagine a person shouting and swearing carrying a weapon? They would be so petrified could have heart attack. Not brave enough 2 approach, tackle and disarm said person,2 protect and serve the public. Embarrassingly not fit 4 purpose 😂

Yeah, but dude.. The copper kicking that guy on the floor, although not in the right, was at least morally justified. The psycho had broken a coppers nose already... Viciously attacking an armed PC at an airport and then getting a kicking for that is not the same as the day to day abuses of people enacting legal activity by the police that we see on your channel.
