The saddest part of this is the RAT is able to make a false report to the police and then lie in court and walk away like nothing happened, so justice has not been served.

1- the person who lied in court
2- the person who added the extra charges
3- The police officer became a sergent and if after all this she is still a sergent or even Police officer. I PRAY I NEVER HAVE THE BAD LUCK TO INTERACT WITH POLICE LIKE HER OR THEM,
HONESTLY IT MAKES ME AFFRAID THAT THEY UNLAWFULY THROW CHARGES ON PEOPLE AND ARREST THE AND THERE ARE NO CONSEGUENCES TO THESE POLICE OFFICERS!

    • @adenwellsmith6908
      @adenwellsmith6908 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +7

You would be surprised what you can do from behind a screen. I hit 9 upheld complaints last year alone. That's without making the complaints on top about the failures of professional services where they didn't follow the law.
You need to know is the code of ethics, the law, and the rules for police investigations. You have to think, how will they try and get off the hook. You then need to close those avenues off.
I'll give you an example. I've regularly caught police officers parking on double reds to fine people parking on double reds. Clearly an offence, they admitted it but said they were exempt.
So the question is are they exempt?
College of policing has the gold standard regulations. Basic Police Drivers MUST obey the highway code at all times.
Ok, next excuse I foresaw, was the Met claiming we have different rules, so I made a FOI request, are their any exceptions in the Met. Answer for basic drivers no.
So in goes the complaint. Schedule 3. That means they have to give you a decision letter, it goes on their employment file, and you can appeal it to the PCC [MOPAC in London]
What then happens is interesting. Out of the blue, a second FOI response comes back, contradicting the first. Someone lent on the FOI department to lie.
So I upped the complaint to perverting the course of justice, and misconduct in a public office.
Another part of the complaint. I made it clear up front I want to see the Body Worn Video, and in particular what was said after they drove off in a huff. I want to see their statements to comment. After all they have a response to mine, I want a response to theirs.
The Met tried to jump the gun. They will delay the SAR request, which will generate an automatic second complaint. They will apologise. I will then insist on a Schedule 3 letter. I'm a whole series of SARS where they have apologised but I've not pushed it. Each will get a 'where are the decision letters? I want one for each. The reason is its illegal for them to be late.
That then forms a pattern of behaviour, ends up at the ICO, and its very hard for them to argue the other way. They won't realise that when it comes to SAR with the ICO, the ICO will supply everything. I did one against the Cabinet Office. I SARed for the papers and 300 pages came back. Huge numbers of emails, documents from barristers etc. All for sending an email that took 5 mins. [PS ChatGPT is very good at drafting complaints].
But you need to read the rules, the law, cut off their escapes, and push it.

No, no, no, no and no!!! You cant hold ISRAELIS under the same standards, as everyone else, OR WE SHOULD CONDEMN WHOLE ISRAEL AND DEMAND ITS LEGAL STATUS, *AS A COUNTRY!!!* TO ME DISMISSED!!!
      1. No other country, in this PLANET, has been the 100% DISHONEST, DECEPTIVE, ANTI HUMAN, CRIMES PRODUCING IN STATE LEVEL, CHILDREN MASS MURDERING FOR DECADES AND PRISONING THE NATIVE PEOPLE, WITHOUT THEM COMMITTING CRIMES OR EVEN STATING THE CRIMES IN THE FIRST PLACE, FOR JUSTIFYING THE ILLEGAL ARRESTS, OF PALESTINIANS!!! *AS ISRAEL STILL IS!!!*
      2. ISRAEL, DIDNT JUST CREATE ITSELF, THE HUMANITARIAN DISASTER, WITH THE INVASION, OCCUPYING AND IMPRISONING, INNOCENT PEOPLE, *BUT THEY HAVE BEEN MASS MURDERING THEM, NOT ONLY BY BOMBING THEM,* but exactly, like they MURDERED, RACHEL CORRIE, who got stuck on the ruins of local Palestinian doctors HOME, but *the neo jew murderer,* bulldozing the doctors home to the ground, *DIDNT CARE, could Rachel get off the way of the bulldozer, he ran her over, TWICE!!! TO MAKE SURE, SHE WAS CRUSHED TO DEATH!!!* = EXACT THE SAME BEHAVE, THE NEO JEWS HAD, FROM *THE RUSSIAN INVASION, ASSASSINATING TZAR, ANASTASIA, HER FAMILY and relatives.* ONLY FROM WHICH, those disgusting neo jew commie criminals, moved in to GERMANY, TO COMMIT EXACT THE SAME CRIMES!!!
      3. REMEMBER…?
*LUSITANIA,* the ship, *USA* USED TO GET IN TO *WORLD WAR 1!!!*
*USS MADDOX,* the ship, *USA* USED TO GET IN TO *WAR IN VIETNAM!!!*
*USS LIBERTY,* the ship, *USA* USED TO GET IN TO… Hmm? Egypt!?
So, how on earth, AMERICANS, could justify WAR VS EGYPT, after their number 1 CRIMINALS, the SLAVE MASTERS of American Christians, THE ISRAELIS, ATTACK AT USS LIBERTY and attempt to sink it? ACCORDING WHAT HAPPENED WITH THE PREVIOUS SHIPS, *ISRAEL SHOULD HAVE BEEN WIPED OFF THE MAP!!!!* BUT, cause it didnt, it testify, that AMERICANS HAVE NO HONOUR AT ALL AND THEY ARE CRIMINAL NATION, DESERVING TO BE DISMANTLED!! Why!? CAUSE THE AMERICAN IMBECILES, FAVOUR THE ATHEIST, NEO JEW COMMIE CRIMINALS, OVER THE HARD WORKING, HONEST AND PRODUCTIVE PEOPLE, that makes the Americans, EQUALLY RESPONSIBLE, OF EVERY SINGLE CRIME, MASSACRE, ISRAEL COMMITS, WITH THE AMERICAN WEAPONS.
PS. Trust me, If a outside INTELLIGENCE, ever visit our planet, I am there, to meet them and to explain, which nations of people, are the most primitive, evil, parasitic, deceptive, hypocrite, greedy and violent, literal mentally so retarded people, that they cant build anything, invent anything, achieve anything, or even be anything, without STEALING IT ALL, FROM THE BETTER PEOPLE, THE NEO JEWS COULD EVER BE. AND, the reason, why those parasites even exist, after if they were anyone else, they would have been wiped off LOOOOOONG TIME AGO, cause of how evil and disgusting they are, is the fact, that they did manage, to take advantage, OF AMERICANS HYPOCRISY AND MENTAL RETARDATION, by pretending to be VICTIMS, AFTER THE CRIMES THEY COMMIT, TO BECOME THE RICHEST ETHNIC GROUP, TO TAKE OVER ALL MEDIA INDUSTRIES, TO SHUT DOWN ALL SPEECH EXPOSING EVERY LIE, THEY USE FOR PROTECTION, LIKE THE HOLOCAUST MYTH, *ALREADY EXPOSED AS A LIE, WITH MATHEMATICS, WITH NEO JEW ALMANAC AND WITH THE FACT, THAT THEY ADMIT, IT WAS ONLY EXISTING IN THEIR IMAGINATIONS, LIKE HERMAN ROSENBLAT, ANOINTED BY OPRAH!!!*

Just before I watched this, I read an article in the Telegraph about a guy who caught thieves trying to steal his land rover. They wrecked the car in the attempt and left behind their tools, DNA and finger prints when they ran off. After a week of chasing the police, he was told that they would not be investigating the crime and gave the excuse that their inaction was due to "a finite number of resources and the national police “triage” system"... But suddenly they have the resources to spend hours and hours wrongfully harassing and prosecuting you, while actual crimes aren't even investigated . It's an absolute joke.

This what Plod are all about nowadays. They will always pursue what they regard as an easy target, such as a cameraman, as that will probably need less paperwork and effort when compared with hunting the crims that attack you in the street or rob your house or car. Also, the crime stats must be supported. If that cameraman is filming a Police station or a location or persons of 'protected characteristics' then they will spend any amount of time and resources pursuing. This approach has brought about this total failure of Policing in the UK and the total collapse of trust and faith in the Police to not be a criminal and to do their job. Police are Not Fit For Purpose.

The frustrating part is that it was dismissed on a technicality - that DOB under S50 is not required and that arresting for failure to provide DOB under that section is unlawful. The fact that the lies, unfounded (read: false) allegations, unreasonable suspicions, and heavy-handed policing were not addressed is disappointing. Acting Sgt (hopefully swiftly reduced back to PC) is a good example of dangerous coppers getting rewarded for bad behaviour.

I know one such officer myself: my brother, now retired, was a Detective Chief Inspector. I recall that he was very unhappy with the decline of the service.
I have seen far too many examples of multiple police officers abusing their powers and ganging up on an individual who is behaving lawfully. Not to mention, of course, the officers who've committed and been convicted of rape and murder. At the same time, Police no longer investigate many crimes and fail to respond even to 999 calls regarding a burglary IN PROGRESS!!!
As a child, I visited Poland during the sixties and seventies at the height of the cold War. (My dad was Polish). I am now regularly seeing UK police behaviour that is significantly worse than I saw in Poland: a country that was undoubtedly a Police State at the time.
Perhaps we have left it too late but I believe the only chance we have to turn this horror story around is to make the Police accountable for their actions. Jail terms for abuses of powers, demotion and fines for lesser offences. Perhaps we also need to raise salaries to attract better quality people. The present bunch look and behave like criminals...

Now the fun bit! What are we talking? At least £10-12k I would think seeing as it was so blatant and that the policewoman didn't even accept that she was acting beyond the scope of the law despite having the video evidence put right in front if her in a court of law? That alone shows how disingenous and corrupt they are. Well done AB and great work by Will the Barrister too!

I have heard this from an inside source. The police forward a case to the CPS and the CPS think it is not in the public interest or they have no chance of winning and the CPS tell the police no further action- drop it. . THE UNWRITTEN rule is that the police re submit back to the CPS and they then push it through regardless !! talk about CORUPT ! The process is the punishment. Sue them in Civil court AB.. PLEASE !

Bravo 👏 I’ve had dealings with various barristers through my work in civil law, and they always impress me thoroughly. Well done for standing up to this AB, the problem with justice in this country is that the defendant is often placed under financial duress to accept a plea bargain scenario, and this is inherently wrong. It is time consuming and stressful to defend yourself against these things. You have to weigh up the costs/benefits whenever standing up to tyranny of course. Ive gone to the magistrates a couple of times against some petty tyrants on principle, with some financial risk, primarily to see the process through and learn from it. Happily I too succeeded on both counts, the prosecution couldn’t even be bothered to turn up to one of them and the magistrate was less than impressed. Your ordeal and success warms my heart, and furthers the just cause. Bravo again sir 🎉

But I get where youre coming from . Honestly think this Tory govt and their anti protest policies are enabling police to do what they do .

Congratulations AB, and well done for standing your ground. Plenty of other seasoned auditors have caved in long before this. Props to Will the Barrister as well. Top marks to you as well sir.
The fact that a magistrate has ruled in court that your arrest was unlawful, meaning that everything that happened afterwards, the remanding into custody and subsequent prosecution were also unlawful and clearly malicious. This should make any civil claim a slam dunk. Now is the time to drop the hammer on these pricks if you haven't already.

You deserve substantial compensation and the rest of us can only thank you for your service to freedom and the fight against tyranny. The Met should be ashamed of themselves.
