In order to attract more police officers you need to offer good incentives. Medical, dental, eye insurance. Tuition repayment/assistance. Inflation-adjusted pay raises. and etc.

@@TheRealdal not at all! I"m a highly educated person who's never done wrong, let alone broke a law , and i've even been the mistreated-by-police, even as a white guy! American culture is the problem, i.e what hierarchical and not-well-educated-enough ppl in positions of authority end up doing!
we need cops to respect the constitution, and the rule of law not just make things up as they go along or manipulate the law to service there EGO don't trust police

I wish they would teach them some law and a bit of focus on the bill of rights. Cops are trained to see people as threats and problems. They are here to protect corporate property and institutions, not people.
