    ETS is a business model. GRE/TOEFL test fee + test sending fee. Its insanely expensive for 3rd world countries. GRE fee should be adjusted as per GDP per Capita (affordability) of specific regions.

    Sir, I couldn’t agree more. Infact, I’m the last category of people you’ve described - I got carried away with the bandwagon of signing up with popular online self-study courses and booked the test. Now I’m struggling. The online self-paced materials are good for students with strong foundations but not for someone like myself who needs more personalized guidance and top to bottom strategies from great tutors like yourself. 😅

      Agreed. These self prep courses are not well suited for people with weak foundations. Usually such people need personalised guidance and help since very customisable material is needed to improve score in such cases

    Most useless and expensive test I've ever came across . Reasons why most Universities has already waived it:
    1. GRE has nothing to do with your graduate studies (mostly STEM). Specifically PhD Candidates who has to work on a very narrow research topics for 4/5 years.
    2. If you think its really that important then Why Top Universities outside of the USA (EU) doesn't require GRE for graduate admissions?
    3. Graduate admissions depends more on the academic record .i.e GPA, LORs, SOP, research experience etc.

    AoA Sir. Actually, I have subscribed the Gregmat for verbal on your suggestion but there is confusion in finding the Manhattan videos for Quant. Can you please guide me how to reach out the Manhattan for Quant.

      Usually one would need 3 months to fully prep for the GRE and reach that score

    Hello, I gave the gre today after only 2 days of preparation. I was pretty anxious during the test and missed a couple of questions too. Ended up w/ 300. I plan on giving the test again in September or November. Do you think (if I study religiously till then) I can get a 320+ or 330+ ?

    • @talhaomer167
      @talhaomer167  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      320+ is definitely possible in another 2-3 months from 300
