You forgot to mention the afternoon rains but totally agree about renting as opposed to hauling your toys espec with the cost of fuel these daze a trip from Ohio with a skiboat would be preferable to renting but it'll cost you much more to tow it down and back though the plus side would be lack of restrictions that come with renting.

I was Visiting back in May of this year I went to the beach near Destin and comparing the beaches on the West Coast where I’m from the water in Destin seems like it’s not as salty and the Sand is cool on your feet even when it’s hot outside
You are so right the sand is cool but I am not sure of the saltiness of the water that is very interesting Nipstur!

I am still debating whether I should buy a rental property in Crystal Beach or 30A. The properties prices are pretty much similar in both areas near the beach. But I’m not sure which area gets the most visitors. Please advise. Thank you
They both stay booked some people Like Destin area better because of all the shopping and the beaches some like 30 A for the night life and restaurants it just depends where on 30A and if you have private or public beach access. Also Destin has more choices if you prefer Condo verses single family 30A is very limited in Condos ! I would be thrilled to help you either way!
