S20 plus green line after updating. Is it true?

if you have green line or light saber on your samsung s20 plus or another phone. Is it because of the update or something else? Will updating your phone make the greenline multiply or will it make the green line dissapeared?

After update it will not vome ontime in a few weeks later another will pop up thats whatvhappened on my phone s20+ this issue must give solution to samsung its realy unfaire to consumers

They do this on purpose so you can upgrade the phone

Yet it was multiply,, i can't count how many days but one thing i realize it multiply not because of the update but becoz of heat issue

How long will i be able to use my s21+ that has a green line? I personally don't mind it as long as the phone is still functional. My only worry is that it might die on me after less than a year.

You can use it long enough if not use it for heavy game. If just for social media it will be fine.

I have the exynos version. I didn't plan to take it to service center yet, but if some day the green line multiply, i will.
