I love how Prof Mark gently leads his viewers from the external world to humanity's inner, unconscious, automatic reactions and responses to our emotions and inner (often hidden) feelings. In reality our inner-selves runs the show in which we live. 🤩
Wow, this chapter on predictive hierarchy really got me thinking about how our brains work! Great insights from Mark Solms.
The connection between minimizing free energy and organizational evolution is intriguing. Mark is a fantastic storyteller.❤❤
Eve Perry Aqueduct's story is a fascinating analogy for how we adapt and learn over time. Evolution in action!
I appreciate the time stamp at nine minutes for the main content. Makes it easier to dive into the topic.
Much appreciated!

Aidan McCullen's comments at the end are invaluable, how we can Hack our biology. 😁
Thank you Kirsten, thanks for listening to the end :)
I wonder if anyone watching this video, speaking of spikes and incoming data, is familiar with the work of Rudolf Steiner from the early 1900s. (connecting us to our ancestors time slot)
