Elektron Machinedrum - Make Noise øCoast - Roland TR8 - Kaleidoscope pedals Techno

- This is how I normally make tracks, with hardware or just ableton, but recorded in one take.
Here I´m using a Make Noise øCoast sequenced by and routed into the Elektron Machinedrum sps-1 MKII which is going into the 2 Kaleidoskope pedals, and the Roland TR8 going directly to my soundcard as well as the pedals. Just 2 stereo inputs at the soundcard.
Ableton live for recording, no plugins or effects, I´m using an Elektron Analog Heat as an insert on the master bus for compactness and some EQ.
Hope you get inspired!

Suena brutal! 🙌🏻
Cool jam, great beats.
Ba mto showw
Do you multitrack into Ableton, or just a stereo out from the Heat straight to the recording?
Straight from Heat to recording :)
Looking for pedals for techno currently I own a Zoom CDR 70 to get to grips with the different types of pedal, but still don’t know what other pedals I need for techno
I’ll have a look at the one you are using here
Hi! It depends what are you looking for in pedals: reverbs, delays, distortions, .... But pick one and just experiment. You don't really "need" much to make good techno. What kind of techno do you like?
@@TheRumanx true, there are numerous videos of people creating cool techno with minimal gear.
I enjoy melodic and Detroit techno the most
@@FuZZbaLLbee Then just put some nice stabs or samples through the Zoom and play with delays, reverbs, etc That zoom is a very nice device, Oscar Mulero uses it!
@@TheRumanx yeah sounds like a plan
BTW I found this video which seems to have minimal gear and nice reverb and delay out of the cdr 70

@@FuZZbaLLbee Yesss! You see!! Don't need that much to make great sounds. :)
