How To Grow Taller

  • You're not alone in your desire to grow taller. It's not just NBA players who wish they had a few inches, but plenty of other non-professional athletes too. While midevil stretching machines might not be as effective as the cartoons would lead you to believe, a nutritious and full diet combined with consistently healthy sleep can maximize your ability to grow! #shorts

Actually height is a lot influenced from enviroment, even if you have "bad" genetics you can actually grow taller. For example japanese people are much shorter than americans, but immigrated japanes people in western country have children who are much taller than their parents, because in those countries they eat more meat which is an important factor for height.

Guys, if you are 14, 15, 16 or even 17, you will just grow. Growth happens unconsciously and you will not even realise when you grow taller. There are so many things that you can focus on, and get better at in life such as building a good muscular body, enhancing your social skills, learning new skills, earning money and so much more. Its a time where you can learn, process and implement the things while also levelling up your life in every aspect. I was always around 160-161 cm and i tried every single thing to help me grow taller. But, when i turned 16, i went from 5'5 to 5'9 by doing literally nothing (as i was studying for my exams, somtimes even 12 hrs a day). It is just what it is, and not something you can genuinely control and change. It happens, even without your attention.
One last thing, trust me guys once you start focusing on other things that i mentioned, you will not even care when you had your growth spurt and when you got taller, as you have now become a greater man by enhancing your life in multiple aspects.
We live once. Stay strong kings.

so genetics are mostly important, but environment has soemthing to do with it to. Basically what that means is, you could be doing something to stunt your growth. Things that can assist in growing taller:
    - Exercise, exercising has found to boost testosterone and growth hormone. However the exercises of particular note include sprints (Not jogging but sprints) and weight lifting. Begin sprinting more- like 30 second intervals for maybe 5-10 sets. Weightlifting is self explanatory.
    - Nutrients- you need to eat nutrient rich foods, particularly those that help bones, like milk, vitamin d, Vitamin k3. Basically you need these.
-Stretching- stretching is important, because bad posture can put tension on your disks, your bones, etc and stunt your growth. if you pay attention, these dont really allow you to grow more, but they stop you from doing things that hurt your growth, we want to maximise the potential you have.
    - Low body fat percentage- Studies show low body fat percentages increase growth hormone and testosterone, So cut down and get lean.
-Sleep- 8-10 hours is ideal for those who are young. This is very important, try intermediet fasting which has been shown to increase gh- meaning set eating windows so your body isn’t digesting recently eaten meals while you sleep this actually stops growth hormone production.
    - Supplements you can get: These supplements help: Vitamin D3, k2, Ashwaganda which has properties which increase growth hormone, creatine.
These aren’t guaranteed to make you grow taller, but this is the path for ensuring you are as healthy as you can be which basically entails growing as tall as you can.
    - Finally, postive mind set: Wolverine is short, Danzig is short, Alexander the Great was shorter than average but these men are cool to a lot of people. Dont get bogged down or depressed that you are short, if anything that may stop you growing. Have an open positive mind about things, no matter what. See your self as the underdog or something. The hero in stories is a lot of the time shorter than the big scary evil warrior guy. Remember Rocky? good luck

It’s 99% genetics but I did grow one inch off of this in just 3months. I’m tall I’ve been 6’3 since I was 18. At 22 I started working out & eating anywhere from 100 to 190 grams of protein per day and it was a noticeable difference. I didn’t try to get taller intentionally but I did everything in this video & it worked. I didn’t even know of this video while doing it. Eats 8hrs of sleep, workout 5x a week, eat lots of protein, drink a ton of water.

Do a small 300 calorie sustainable deficit with enough nutrients like protein and micronutrients, good sleep and rest and a balance of cardio and weights. You definitely should not bulk because by gaining even more fat as an obese person you will ruin your hormones and mess up your health. So losing fat little by little will not stunt growth and it will optimize your hormones.

Then suddenly out of no where they shot up to heights above average so I’m not losing hope but the 18 year mark is very close! But also, many people in my family including my parents kept growth about half an inch till well in their 20’s. But I’m scared cuz I’m tiny….

I remember hearing the surgeon say something about “I don’t want to disturb her (me) growth plates. I’ve a son who’s 6’2” tall and daughter who’s 5’6” tall and I’m 5’2” (my children are my only known genetic relatives). Their father was only 5’11” tall.
