Hi....Since the mask already opened and broke, why dont u tear the electronic part too? maybe u can find interesting stuff behind it. OR .. Maybe u can replace the mask part with other DIY part 🤷♂️ It can be another extra utube time or another episode for your channel. Good luck folk 🍻
I have the GEN 1 Puricare mask. I need to open that, but like you, have damaged the white front case trying to open it. Only a tiny hairline crack, so stopped. Unable to open the unit without further damage. Even tried a hairdryer around the edge to soften the glue, but does nothing, just makes the plastic casing go soft, so stopped again, did not want to deform the shape. The battery has gone on mine, will not charge properly. Less than 10 months old, no warranty, so cannot have repaired because bought in HK, and taken to UK. Item not sold in the UK, far east market only. LG should make these servicable and repairable, not use and dispose units.
My power button stopped working. It won't turn on/bluetooth/control microphone any more. Thankfully I had it already paired to app and was able to control that way instead. How to fix?
