I just started watching and loving your videos. Who is this person you call the intern? Please keep your videos coming.

Thanks for watching! The Intern is my man. 😂 He does all of my tech stuff, and he was helping me one day . . . apparently I was requesting things a little aggressively, and he said "You should just call me 'The Intern' barking orders like that . . ." so I did, and it stuck. 😂

I love it that you are pushing back on that comment!!
I feel like people don’t have to watch! I really don’t understand why people have to say such negative things! As my Grandma used to say “If you don’t have anything nice to say, then don’t say anything at all!!!” 💖

Yes!! I don't mind people asking questions or even questioning my opinions, but don't be a jerk about it.

Looks like (if I’m not mistaken) you have a lot of birch trees around there. They’re beautiful whatever they are in the background. Q: how do you freeze your avocado? In halves, quarters, pre mushed up? And do they turn brown in the thawing process. I had saved some in the freezer for smoothies but they don’t break down smoothly in the blender. I have never actually defrosted any and used them the same as a fresh one.
I have found chicken meatballs that are
pretty good but often forget about them (out of site, out of mind for me) I also recently cooked off some quinoa and froze it in ice cube blocks to take out and reheat quickly. They’re supposedly full of protein. My husband doesn’t like it hence, I cooked and froze it. I’m thinking of doing the same with wild rice because it takes just as long cook as brown rice or quinoa. He likes the wild rice blend from
    Lundberg family farms.

My frozen avocado is from Walmart -- I bought it frozen. I think it's flash-frozen, bc the little cubes don't stick together. And quinoa -- yes!! I talk about it in my upcoming video -- it's a "perfect protein" bc it has all 7 amino acids -- or something like that. I actually forgot to say that in my video, but it was in my notes. 😂

Hey Danielle. Ask viewers if they’d like a Exercise with Danielle video. Like one with weights, on mats. It’d be fun. If that’s kosher. 😂 I’m typing instead of listening, I’ll have to watch this video over. The wind, can’t hear it.

I've been kind of thinking about doing exercise videos -- I just have to get this hip healed first.

Hi! This is what I keep in my freezer, funny I was just getting my grocery order ready to put in for the month to be delivered this weekend because i need to defrost the freezer before I shop. Tyson blackened chicken, real good chicken nuggets(23g of protein per serving), real good chicken strips(21g of protein), extra lean ground chicken, chicken breast, extra lean ground beef, shaved steak(once in a while), turkey tenderloins), center cut bacon, turkey bacon(occasionally, when I want something different), frozen vegetables, frozen fruit, lower carb tortillas, sara lee bread, sometimes ice cream and sugar free Popsicles, sometimes. That's pretty much it. Where are you getting the nutrigrain waffles? None of the stores carry them here anymore. Was that banana bread recipe on WW, if not can you link where you found it, pls? I have bananas in the freezer I want to use up.

It's not a WW recipe. Here's the link to where I found it. Enjoy!! drizzlemeskinny.com/banana-bread-is-a-weight-watchers-classic/#wprm-recipe-container-41223
