lmp2 consist of orica, liger, riley and dallara bodys and all run on gibson motors if anyone was wondering why they look different

Ahh come on. GTE is even easier to drive then a GT3^^ 2x TC. you can only miss the ABS :D The Ford is a beast. The Ferrari is a princess! Greetings from iRacing! :D

First of all, absolutely great video, these the ones I love!
But I have one question? Isn't it a bit dangerous that the Diffusor hangs so far out of the car? I mean, if someone give u small touch in the back it gets more damage then if it would be completely under the car. Hope u understand what I mean.
I understand that these long Diffusor gives u more downforce and keeps the car better on the road but that was the first thing I thought about as I see this car the first time.

Porsche moved the engine forward in the 2017 RSR to be able to fit the diffusor better. It does look a bit funny on some of the GTE cars. 488 and Corvette seems to have the best visual integration of the diffusor.
kakarlsen my point isn't that this Diffusor is ugly, I'm just confused about the durability.
danish0319, the Aston Martin is an older car than the Porsche, Ferrari, Vette and Fort GT that were all built after the rule change for aero/downforce. Aston Martin can only extend the diffuser out back further to try and compensate for the advantage the other makes have. I believe Aston is hoping for a new car built to the new rules next year or the year after.
daniels0319 hey brother, ACO/FIA makes a regulation for classes. The teams/factory run this to the limit. It's the same on the other cars you just don't really see it because the Aston is massive :).
But yes a hit would not be good.

What people don´t know is that the Corvette hat a slow punture after they touched in Arnache. So he was just a sitting duck.
They sandbag in imsa too. Lol
